Just a little update! Still no package. Just saw a modder that is pretty well known complaining on Facebook that they'd placed an order for some parts with BBM and had gotten a "Shipped" email the same day as I did. Also no tracking number provided and no answer to their emails ... And no package either. This is very sad. Bogger boxes are great mods ... But lack of any communication with customers is simply not a good thing. I'm a little worried at this point. Fingers crossed that I get my boxes. :-(

I ordered bottles. Just simple bottle/tube setups back on the 14th. Status changed to shipped on the 19th. Shipping method paid for? 3-day priority.

Nothing.

What the heck is going on over there?! I'm feeling lucky to have received my Box, albeit later than expected.

I sure hope things get worked out.

I wish him all the best and hope nothing is wrong (personal/family emergencies). But if that's not the case, I would hope things pick up soon, things on his end are straightened out to continue production with better service, and that everybody gets their orders and then some.

Like I've said ... COMMUNICATION ... Would go a LONG way!! I thought ECF Suppliers were expected to maintain a certain level of presence on their threads. If it's been since Memorial Day ... Well that's why people are concerned about not only about their orders ... But also if things are OK with Marcus. For the most part people are understanding (especially in cases of family or personal emergencies) ... "Life" happens ... People understand and are patient if they are told. I DO think that tracking numbers should accompany the "Shipped" email notifications ... Once again just for peace of mind.

It's really kind of sad.When I ordered my custom box,communication was good.Got it in a little over a month.Ordered spare bottles,got them quick.Then it seemed like everything just went to crap.I went through this with a local builder I won't name.Got the first stabilized box he posted.He even delivered it to my house.Visited his place and saw a boat load of beautiful boxes he was working on,then all of a sudden people were complaining about money paid,months of waiting with no response.The whole thing got ugly.In the end quite a few people never got the items they paid for.I realize things happen in peoples live ,but communication is key ! Especially when paying up front ! I'm truely bummed here.I want a purple Bogger in a bad way.But at this point,I just no longer feel comfortable putting my hard earned cash up front.
