no idea. still have not gotten a response from multiple emails. it is now almost 3 weeks since the shipping notice was sent with no updates.
I'll admit that I am spoiled - my go-to mod maker (Atmomixani) gets me gear from Greece in 3 days so, my expectations may be a bit out of line but, this is drifting into the severely unacceptable. Having zero customer service is a fantastic way to turn people off of your products... even if they are great.
I only hope that the folks involved are OK.
I hope that Marcus is okay. He was always very prompt in answering questions and even called me on one occasion. I have a DNA20 box paid for that I have not received yet and admit that I am worried.
Almost the same, ... 15 days for an "in stock" box, ... and showing "processing", .... not shipped at all, ...
The worst is that e-mails are not answared at all
I'm a little worried.
I haven't posted here for a bit. But my bf bogger and bogger box 18500s are great. The slight let down was the juice capacity. But after seeing someone's post about using a grand bottle I did the mod and it's perfect. These are well priced hand crafted box mods which are worth the custom order wait. Marcus is trust worthy and does a good job. I love box mods and these are one you should have in your collection. A rm2 and a grand juice bottle are the only extras this device needs IMO to be a top notch device.
I waited several weeks for mine to be dispatched. Don't be disheartened . It will arrive.
Thanks a lot, ... this helps a little, ... but in the website faqs (only automated answere that i've could had from them), is shown that when a mod is marked as "in stock", it should be shipped in a few days, ....

OMG! This thing is a juice hog !! RM2 on it at 1Ohm though which could be the problem.
I still have not heard about or received my mod. I will try calling him and e-mailing him again.

Same. The total is now 4 emails, 2 voicemails and a facebook post with no response. in a few days, the USPS shipping notice will be 4 weeks old with no updates.
For the record, the expectation setting is my issue here. I'll explain.
I ordered my custom box at the beginning of May this year. At the time, the website FAQ outlined custom orders would take 1 - 2 months. No worries. that is an absolutely reasonable period of time to hand craft a device like this.
At the beginning of August I hadn't heard anything about the status of the order so, I started to wonder about the device since the expectation had been set that 2 months was manufacture time. When I looked at the site FAQ again, I saw that the timeline had been increased to what it is today. Again, no worries - he must have gotten more orders than expected. These things take time.
Sept 4 I get the shipping notification from USPS. This is great! the device is ready and the waiting is coming to an end... it is on its way here.
which, of course, hasn't happened. It is still in "in formation received from sender" (which means a label was printed but, the box was not given to the post office to send - the next status is "item received by post office") status with USPS
There is an expectation that is set when you get a shipping notification that your purchase will, in fact, ship - that is the purpose of the shipping notification. This is true in any industry with any purchase. The fact that a shipping notice has gone out but, the device has not been delivered to the post office in almost a month is inexcusable.
If any company sent a shipping notification but did not ship the item for nearly a month, every reasonable person would be on the phone or sending email to find out why. Amazon (and others) will refund purchases or resend orders that have a tracking number, show they have shipped, and still have not made it to the post office after a week or so much less a month.
If any individual purchased a device from the classifieds here, got a shipping notification and it sat in the status "in formation received from sender" for this long, people would be up in arms. ECF mods would be working on getting money back. PayPal would be disputing the funds, likely refund the purchase, and go after the seller.
I have no issue waiting for devices that are of high quality. I know these are of high quality and work well... that is why I bought one. i would also be fine if I was still waiting for manufacturing to complete as well - sometimes, creating things takes longer than expected.
I do have an issue with it taking nearly a month to get the box to the post office so it can be sent.
And, as Col. asked above, if anyone hears from him via any form of communication, please let me know as well.
CWolf. Same day my original was supposed to be shipped with no updates on USPS. That's when I received the email about USPS losing it. Got the replacement 20 days later. No tracking info was sent on it or an email. It just showed up.
I just checked USPS again with my tracking number from Sept 4 just to see if there was any change in status.
Surprisingly, there has been. It now shows that the package left on the 27th and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow (I paid for 2 day shipping when I ordered). So, it looks like it took 3.5 weeks to take the device to the post office.
Still not pleased with the service (still have gotten no responses to email, voicemail, or facebook) but, much better now that I know the device is actually on its way.
