It's been a lovely day here today. Sophie and I spent time playing ball in the front yard. Then I had to run to the grocery store to get things to make a macaroni and sausage casserole for a pot luck I'm attending tomorrow. They had 1 lb packages of cheddar cheese buy one get one free. Well since I needed a pound for the casserole, I went ahead and bought 2. The second I turned into a Southern classic: pimento cheese. So now I have a tubful (that's butter tub, folks ) of delicious spread to put on sandwiches, celery sticks, etc. Comfort food at it's best!

I had to work, got home about 6pm, and thought I would take a little nap .... turned into 6 hrs of sleep, woke up around midnight, and ate me some shrimp and read a romance book. What a birthday.

Been looking around on the Net to see if we can take oatmeal and peanut butter on the plane to Europe this summer. LOL

Had a whirlwind overnight trip to SoCal. Hit some shops including Vaper Venue and VapeRev. Both great shops and Great peeps. I was thoroughly impressed with companies. I picked up some Chimp Berries and my buddy pick up some Chimp Berries Uncrushed.... 'Thumbs Up' on both.

England has "porridge" which is the same I think, but my friend in Portugal didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
Taking a few packets with us will be easy enough.
