UPDATE:

Checking Harmonized System codes with customs on the LT and various battery choices for import taxes and fees.

This could take some time as I have to wait for customs to first verify if the codes are accurate and then determine if there are any taxes and fees attached to the imports.

Now I feel all bad and what not....

Seriously, thank you Shek for the willingness and effort you are putting into this co-op....

Some just sit back and reap the rewards others painfully provide.

(Thanks puter, if you see this, I borrowed it from him on google+)

LOL...LOVE THIS VIDEO PSEUDUS!!

And to be quite honest, if the planning and implementation of the Co-Op were as easy as this puppy jailbreak.....we'd all have already been using our LT's for the past couple of weeks and bragging to our friends and relatives of the killer deal we got!

But this coop is quite literally the most complex and difficult one I've ever had to organize.

PITA just doesn't even come close the true nature of this first one....

Thank you. I hope I get in...

QUOTE=Shekinahsgroom;5205477]Hi Rudy,

Well, the LT is actually called an "VV Ego 3" by L-Rider, even though its not made by joyetech/Janty.

And you don't need a battery combination because the LT is a VV mod.

Simplified, the devise has boost regulator inside of its electronics which allows you to adjust the voltage of your 3.7V battery to 3.0 - 6.0 volts, making it a variable voltage devise.

Watch the video that I posted here and it'll explain how the devise works:

Are you still allowing people to get in on this Co-Op?

To be a bit more clear... yes you should be able to get in, as this isn't the "actual" co-op thread. This thread was a feeler and q&a thread. From a previous post by shek, it shouldn't be long before you see the "actual" co-op thread.

MiX,

Shek's goal is top get the price for the kit around $30.

My understanding is that it will be only for mini with 18350, but there is a posibility that it will change.

Nope, no kits!

They're too costly for parts that most users don't even want or need and their shipping weight just adds more expense to already useless box, couple of crap batteries, a low-grade single cell charger and no-name attys.

Current standing is the extension will NOT be available until June/July, when they've released their new version.

And I haven't received an answer yet if the extension will be compatible with their current 18350 mini version, as it's being made for their new "redesigned" version.

I have a commercial invoice in hand for the 18650 & 18350 models ($20/ea, both same price) and am currently checking HS codes for possible import tariff's.

I also have 2 high quality battery supplier commercial invoices in hand for the Panasonic CGR18650CH, BIO IMR 18650 & 18350's:

I'm also verifying HS codes for these as well.
