I highly agree with this. I got some anodized aluminum drip tips in red. They looked kind of light red on the site, but came looking pretty darn pink. I sent them off to a fellow vaper. The blue ones even looked a little . . . funny. But I like the aluminum, and they look kinda baby blue, so I rock 'em now and again.

If the ladies want pink I say give 'em PINK.....
When anodizing aluminum some of the base metal will show thru....Giving blues, red and gold a "candy appearance" .....Black is the exception....I think anodized colors are way cool....

If I had some nitrocellulose lacquer candy toner I would attempt spraying my gold buzz with it making it candy red. They haven't had real toner in a long time though. I think your idea is the best one.
I was reading about the anodizing process and it is very cool indeed Dee. I had no idea that it isn't a paint at all but an oxidation process. I found a forum giving directions on how to anodize titanium in a cola bath.
It really is pretty fascinating, I learned about it a while back. I have several nice quality flashlights - they are mostly 7075 aluminum alloy with type III (HA) anodization. Very nice!

I want purple too and Teal. Black I don't care for in anodized colors. Nor red either. I vote for leopard skin it will match my teeny tiny bathing trunks.
