One thing that's stuck in my mind is the commitment of the people you're ordering for. Are you sure they're all on board with this, and are willing to stick it through? And will your company be willing to help with upgrades?

p-doze makes a fine point on going very basic with the starter gear. Handing everyone a pair of eGo Twists is a fine idea if you're pretty sure that the folks are going to stick with it. That may not be the case though, and I'm not sure how your company is planning on handling that.

If you want to go with a cig-a-like, then the eRoll might be the right choice. It sounds like, from your original post, that you're looking for something with the form-factor of a PV though. If so, then the Katana starter kit at VapeDojo.com might be a nice compromise. It's what I started with, and I'm really happy with it. $13 gets you a small 650mAh eGo battery, a CE4 clearo and a USB charger. Spare batteries at that size (I recommend at least one per person) are only $10, and and their clearos range from $5 for regular CE4s and up to Kanger ProTanks. Get mulitple tanks per person!

Can't say I recommend their juices though, which is a shame. Not bad, necessarily, but I wasn't impressed. I take the rest of the money per person and go to Mt. Baker for that.

Kinda wondered about that too. The employees have no skin in the game, it's a corporate gift. Nice gift, but if they wanted to quit and go to vaping they would have done so long ago. They have no skin in the game, unlike most here that spent maybe $100 of their own hard earned cash to vape, and made a conscious decision to do so.
