I know I wouldn't hold on to vaping if I'd start with T3. Very airy and cool vape is nothing near the experience I wanted when switched to vaping.
E-cab/E-roll for the looks or simple ego kits with simple clearos. Having that "perfect" juice matters much more in initial experience. I wouldn't go with MBV here. I'd chose some tobacco jucie from HHV, bakery/tea from AiV and something fruity.

From my experience and 2 friends I've converted, juice was playing the biggest role. My friends use ego kits and don't care about my mods and attys, but they do love to visit me for the juices :)
One is hooked on White rabbit and Magic Fairy and another on tobacco line from HHV. I'm hooked on fruity vapes.

edit: One that introduced me to vaping in 2012, was and is still using ecab. Over a year or so, he also doesn't want any upgrades on device, but he enjoys trying new flavors :)

I'm looking at the Ego C on MBV. You don't think not having an option to put 510's on it limits anything for a user? I'm obviously pretty new - so maybe I'm just used to having 510 attachments (dct tanks, cartomizers). I think the opinions that a twist may be over complicating things are probably right...I'm looking for what I would choose knowing what I know now.

Looking at the review vids the 1000mah Ego C kit from MBV seems like a pretty good deal considering all that it provides. Joyetech eGo-C Starter Kit 1000mAh - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes plus it includes 15 ml with each kit of a juice of their choice. Seems like everything they'd need to get through at least 30 days of a smoking to vaping transition.

Honestly, if you are going with an ego c, just get the eRoll. Cheaper, more cig-a-like and uses the same atomizer.

That way if they like vaping, they can branch out into a 510 thread system, but still have the portable solution.

I was looking into stuff for a friend. The ego-t upgrade 18650 mods are only 15 bucks from health cabin, and they have good prices on the Evod clearo's with replaceable heads. Pretty noob friendly although a bit larger for someone transitioning from tobacco cigs. As far as cig style, I have always heard good thing about the Volt kits, can't remember who sells them though.

I have one of these kits. Ego electronic cigarette

They are well within your budget and I think they would be perfect for a beginner.

Wow.. Expensive for re-branded equipment. I don't think that little 10ml bottle of juice is worth $25
Same type of kit, not re-branded, with 1100mAh batteries $25 less,
SmokTek eGo 1100 CE4 Clearomizer E-Cigarette Kit with carry case

Save the extra cash for juices. I know I was sick of one flavor after a week. Knowing I had more than one helped me stay off the analog.

dj tank, your an awesome boss.

I agree. :) It was kinda funny though. At first the smokers in the office made jokes about my PV (I purchased a Provari...and obviously thats foreign looking to most who want to delve into quitting smoking and start vaping)... However now that I've been smoke free for 40 days or so I have those same people who poked fun at me vaping inquiring about costs. :)

Our company spent $125 per smoker a few years back on hypnotherapy...so this wasn't too hard a sell. Especially since my President, who knows I'm a die hard smoker, saw me go from 1.5 pad to just vaping pretty much overnight. I'm sure some in the office won't run with it...but hey if only get 1 person switched long term, thats one more healthier person who'll be thankful.]

Thanks to everyone for the advice and links. Spent more time tonight reviewing all the comments and researching.

100 per kit (employee)

I think you're on the right track with the Ego Twists. While getting too techy at first is off putting, the twist offers an easy to understand option for experiementing with adjusting the vape; it's easy to use.

Then I'd get them Vision Vivi Nova's. They work great, are easy to fill and work with, and they give a great vape. Be sure to get actual "Vision" Vivi's because there are alot of knock offs out there that don't work as well. A good place for them is Altsmoke.com

Then everyone needs a charger. To be honest, the best thing is to get them 2 batteries (twists), because they need to alternate while the other is charging.

You should be able to do this, including juice for $100. Twists are about $25 each, Vivi Nova's are about $10 each, charger about $10-$14.

Juice might put you over budget a bit, but there's a site called Mt Baker Vapor that has really good prices on juice, and the quality is not too bad, but there's definately better juice out there, and the juice would be key to them being successful; but if they like it and get inspired, they can get good juice on thier own.

I got this set up for my Mom, who has smoked around 2 packs a day for many years, and she really likes it. She hasn't quit yet, but has cut down alot.

There's a website called VaporJoes.com that has good deals in the vaping community listed, so with that, and doing some google searches and exploring a bit, you can find places where you can save a few bucks here and there.

Good Luck!! You're an awesome employer! I wish you great success!

Actually not a bad deal with the 30% off special they have going right now. What I like about this kit is that it is in kit form. That meant a LOT to me when I started this journey. I know that there are a lot of venders offering kits. This is just the first one that came to mind. I love the simplicity of it for a first time vaporer.

At My Vapor Store you can get two Vision Spinner 1000mah batteries two tanks of your choice, and charger for $69.95, and you still have money left over for juice. http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm. If you have a BM in the area you might want to see if you can work out a deal with them, get them to come out to your presentation with some juices to let your employees try.

How about a reimbursement. Of up to what ever your amount is you could make a pamphlet with a few different beginner friendly set ups as a suggestion. Also be sure to point them to here. If they make the switch for what ever you feel is a good amount of time a week, 2 weeks, a month. They could turn in a voucher for x amount of dollars.

darn thats sweet:blush: I agree with Kelly Mo2B and would love to work for you 2! But I got an idea you dont want to deal with it and every body has a different preference so maybe tell them what you want to do for them and let them pick it out? The only downfall I can see would be if they all pick different places but would be worth the cost of it as it will save them and the company a ton in the long run!! Remember drink plenty of water when quitting! Flush out all that crap!! YOU ROCK!!

I just found this thread and let me say. That so rocks!!

I love the idea. But i do think its important that its simple to start with but good looking as well. Like with food people eat with there eyes. As someone earlier said My Vapor Store has a nice selection of Ego's.

Here is what i think a good starting set up should be. I say this as a somewhat new Vapor my self and it really made the dif for me. When i walked into Pink Spot my local B&M they had a lot to choose from but i wanted an ego twist because of more expierenced vapors at work recomended it. So when it was my turn at the counter i was just amazed at all the dif PV's they had. Saw the ego twists but was really disapointed only because they only came in Black, Silver and Pink! But i wanted to quit cigs and setteled on one of there kits. which contained 2 ego twists, 1 1000mah and 650mah with wall and usb charge and a ce4 for each for 69.95 then with juice it rounded to about 100.

Then i found this site. Needless to say i regreted my purchase because of all the info and other vendors there are here. Now after a lot of clicking and reading and parusing the vendor sites I decided to change my batteries because i really love the color blue and gave my other ones to my brother in law.

So here is what im thinking for your employees.

2 Ego Twists (because we all know a back up is really a neccessary) color of thier choice. (Find out there fav colors?)
Wall and USB charger combo
Ce4's can find really cheap they come in colors and for a beginer vapes well
Juice though subjective in taste (find out there favorite flavors?)

This to me would be a great start here is where i got all mine for really good prices:

Ego Twists from JOYE eGo E Cigarette I say from here because they are really CS motivaed IMO

Ce4's from here CE4 Clearomizer Wholesale, Manufacturer and Supplier - Ecigator because you can see about bulk price if not there then here CE4 Clearomizer V4 Because this is the cheapest ive found them. Unless someone else knows of a cheaper place.

The charger combo from here again cheapest for the combo i have found anywhere Joye Tech 510 A/C - USB Charger - Battery / Charger other places sell them seperate and charge 7+ for each.

And for juice i would really recomend ready to vape not something that needs to steep and i hate to say this because they are a bit pricey on juices but they are ready to vape and really do taste good is Pink Spot Vapors. Pink Spot Vapors: Gourmet E-liquid & Signature E-Juice Flavors

And if there is money left over get them a case to hold it all. Ecig Case And they come in colors for 8.99!

Good luck!

There's a lot of good info here, but as a new vaper I want to chime in on all the recommendations for the Kanger T3s.

Don't. Not for brand new vapers. While they can be wonderful things, they can also bring a lot of hair-pulling frustration.

They can be tetchy and leaky, or they don't leak and you can get dry hits that don't taste very good. Or.. they can work beautifully, and you can fall in love with them. When mine started leaking all over my batt and my hands, I nearly pulled out my hair in frustration. It took some research to figure out what I needed to do to tweak it, and a bit of fiddly work opening the clearo and adjusting the wicking. If it had been my very first vaping experience, I might have pitched the damn thing in the trash and went back to my cigarettes.

My tiny starter kit came with a standard CE4 clearo that was absolutely no hassle at all. That's what I would recommend.
