Most of my experiences have been good too. A couple honest mistakes like sending cinnamon roll flavored instead of hot cinnamon flavered. Once ordered DIY flavoring and the glass jars that they sent them in were shattered in the box.

Only one that really turned me off was a local place I ordered from and IIRC I was shorted a couple things. I sent a few email and never got a reply. I finally posted here on the board under supplier complaints, and then I got my stuff. That was the last time I ordered from there.

Most of my stuff from all different vendors has arrived quickly and with everything I ordered in the package. I've only had three issues with three different vendors and two were resolved to my satisfaction. One was something missing from the package and when I contacted the vendor, I received an immediate apology and the items were sent that day, no questions asked. The other was a request I made in the special comments section that wasn't honored and when contacted, the vendor apologized profusely and all was forgiven. The third was the wrong nic level sent on four bottles of liquid and when I contacted the vendor, instead of an apology or righting the situation, they recommended I buy 0 nic and adjust the levels on my own. I wasn't happy with that customer service, but I would still order from them if I wanted more of any of their flavors.

I haven't had an experience with any vendor that was bad enough to make me stop buying from them. Most vendors I've dealt with have been friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

I have had all good experiences even when something went wrong I have had good interaction with the vendors. I have also had good experiences in the classys with buying and trading. I find the majority of the vendors to be very helpful and want me to be a satisfied customer and are willing to go the extra mile to earn my business.

I wish everyone I ordered from online was half as good as the e-cig suppliers.

I only had one not so great transaction and the supplier apologized a hundred times. And it wasn't that big of a deal. Most are extremely prompt and seem to bend over backwards. I really do feel badly for people who have bad experiences. I guess I've been very lucky.

A couple years ago I had a supplier go out in a blizzard just to mail my Mom a battery because her battery died.

I have to say that so far I've yet to have a bad experience with any vendor. There are a couple of vendors who has disappointed me with the quality of their products, but that's more an effect of my standards rather than any fault of the vendor in question.

Hell, I still order from one of those vendors because they carry one item I've been unable to find anywhere else.

So yeah, no real complaints.

Heck, I'll even name the vendors I've ordered from. So far I have ordered and received items from the following vendors: NHaler, Mountain Vapor, Smokeless Image, Value Vapors, EVCigarettes, Sterling Vapors, Revolver, Vape Dojo, E-Cigarette-USA, Mad Vapes, ECBlend and Mt. Baker Vapor.

Very positive transactions with each one of them, and except for my high standards on certain products I would recommend each of them.
