hey all

I started on nicolites from sainsburies 2 weeks ago....love ecigs and want to now get a better kit...

nicolites...battery not great - less than a full day and im using 1 cartridge a day (I previously only smoked 10-15 a day)
costs - now £7 for 3 so it adds up...

so I want a starter kit for the next level of refillable ecigs...

what to get????

google seems to churn up so many affiliate links and sites obviously working on affiliate commissions

so, recommendations please....and please no links, jut a products name.

I want....

full day battery
happy with the nicolites taste/throat feeling etc
don't care so much about looks
must be refillable so I can just order juice from anywhere online
spare parts readily available so something reasonably popular
costs between £25-50 or there abouts

thanks :)

You need to start paying attention to where the OP is at, this is an international forum.

im in the uk ATM, but as mentioned im not really interested in links to stores that's people own or are affiliated with (I do affiliate marketing so I know how people recommend any old cr@p if there is a few bucks in it!!)

so, anyone can give some genuine feedback....I appreciate these products may be good but with a link, for me they just become irrelevant!

Also second the Eroll considering the amount you smoke if you're looking for a cig sized PV. I know you don't want links but Chrissie, a highly regarded Vet here at ECF (5 yrs), has compiled a list of reputable Vendors with discount codes. Also a B&M list at top of page:
http://allaboute-cigarettes.proboar...quid-vendors-discount-codes?page=1&scrollTo=2
Look around, compare prices and decide- she has no affiliation with any of the Vendors but merely took the time to compile this list for UK Vapers.

After 5 posts wait 1 hr for the ECF servers reload to and you can post in the UK Forum

You're welcome. Chrissie is very passionate and you'll run into her in the UK Forum.
Here's a review by PBusardo just to give you an idea- realize you're relatively safe here as ECF does not allow spamming, pumping, etc.

I provide links so you don't have to search, I'm in Central Texas, USA, I recommend the same thing for folks here only with US sites with the best price. If you're too good to accept help, then why did you even ask!

The ONLY complaints I have about the eRoll is the juice delivery devices (holds and vaporizes the juice) are proprietary. Also the cartridges are .6 ml (yours are prolly 1 ml cartomizers) but seeing as you go through 1 cartomizer per day this shouldn't be an issue.
Most popular threading is 510- eRoll is NOT 510 threaded.

If you're looking for a PV that has more "oomph" then as Bad suggested the Ego C Twist, Spinner or Innokin iTaste MVP which are all variable voltage meaning you can dial up the voltage if needed. Some juices taste better at diff voltages. The above are all 510 and eGo threaded.
Spinner comes in duff sizes: 400, 650, 950 and 1300 mah. 100 mah= "approx" 1 hr vaping until next recharge.
Here's a U.S. link ONLY to give you and idea of the size:
VISION Spinner eGo VV : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
or if you want a smaller PV
you may want to think about the eGo Mini (510 and eGo threaded) 350 mah and fires at 3,7 volts. Small but kicks like a mule. I use it for stealth vaping at Concerts.

thanks for the tips...

the no link request was because it tends to attract spammers, but when it comes with what appears to be genuine and relevant advice then of course its appreciated!

cheers all

You're welcome. I've been surfing the net for over 15 yrs, work online for 14+ hrs per day, have been a Mod on a number of Forums (presently a Mod on a Forum with over 4 mill members), and I've got to say ECF is prolly the safest spam free forum that I know of. You'll find many ex smokers/ Vapers are extremely passionate because, like myself, it's given us a new lease on life. Myself I had smoked for 44 yrs and have given up completely in ever quitting analogs....was just waiting for the expected bad news from my Dr.
Just take your time, watch reviews and when you're ready to order post here so that you don't forget anything. Once your mind is made up we'll be here to support and advise in regards to accessories.
Best of Luck.

cheers...still looking...

off point, but one thing to note for me is that many of the online stores look really "90's"...im a web designer by trade, and generally don't trust (as many) sites that are poorly designed. I guess most of these sites are newish or just never had the cash or design skills/interest to make anything better. especially with something like ecigs, for a newby like me you want to go with something that at least appears professional...as this is getting way mainstream a really professional site could clear up!!

anyhow, off looking again. thanks for the tips. sure ill have more Q's

LOLLL I agree they are very 90's but many of these companies are family owned and run. The very best advice I can give is to stick with highly regarded reputable Vendors. Not spamming but I've sent many UK Vapers to Jason @ Vape Escape . They've been thoroughly pleased with his service. At one point he asked vapers what they would want in starter kits and actually began selling exactly what was suggested.
More important than pricing is that the Vendor will honor the warranty- 99% of this stuff is made in China with little regard for QC.
Best of Luck and if you have any questions or would like feedback we're all here to help you buy exactly what you want and need.
Cheers.

Hi Craigos. Im UK based too. Here's a list from a UK forum of decent vendors;

http://allaboute-cigarettes.proboar...-vendors-discount-codes?page=1&scrollTo=23191

You can get something like a Riva Kit (2X 1100mah batteries, a clearo, some cartos, charger & a case) for £35 from Vape Escape or similar kits from any number of those vendors. I'm not affiliated with any vendors, but i have used a few on that list and not had any problems so far. I use Vape Escape & Liberty Flights because they are both fairly local for me, have a good rep and have never let me down.
