connector pin on Odysseus broken?

Imeo, I noticed today when I changed the coil on my Ody that it did not want to work properly. A quarter turn tighter, or looser and it functioned.

I disassembled it, and found that the very tip of the connector ( the metal cup that holds the ceramic piece) has broken in half, right down the "slot" where you would put a screwdriver blade to tighten the center bolt holding the ceramic cup ( which by the way I have not done; I haven't touched it with a screwdriver).

The Canadian supplier doesn't carry parts...how can I get a replacement? I'm kind of desparate; after getting my Stealth and Odysseus, I gave all of my other vaping equipment away, so this is my SOLE device...without it, it's back to the stinking analogues...

My center pin broke as well but I was able to buy a replacement at COV I didn't try to get it warrentied though.

There is a nominal fee of 15 euros for broken parts,so if its worth 15 euros or less,it doesnt apply.

Well worth it if its over that tough.

Yes we have a lot of beatiful beaches here in Mexico, the funny thing is I love the snow and the cold weather (I have played with snow only one time, when I was in Canada some time ago)
