Hmm, weird ANYONE would take back juice. My local B&M said no returns on juice, advised me the Health Dept. would shut em' down if they did that.
I forgot to mention that I ordered two laynards in my first order from FT. My hubby uses his everyday. He is a mechanic. He has had metal stick to his tungsten ring, but his laynard is still in one piece...lol

I wasn't getting an attitude.. it just wasnt what I needed.. the place I got my horizontal cartos at, is now sold out.. that is pretty much all I need right now, and what I was shown wasn't that. I love to drip!! and that is what I use.. I dont have to mes with wicks etc and it makes me happy.. I am sorry i wasnt all "gaga" over it.. but again, cant use it..
and yes!!! at least now I am playing with my own juice and well I like it!!!
makes me very happy.. Dont take this wrong.. I am not downing FT.. nor the people that love it.. however.. I should be at least able to tell what happened to me, I am semi new.. and well.. sometimes it isnt all sunshine and roses.. we all were new and well.. if I cant say what is bugging me, what am I doing here?
Well dont know.. I put it in my desk for now.. I rarely go in it.. will see.. but if not, the vinegar and baking soda it gets!!!
because then they can write the product AND the shipping off as a loss...(a lot of the time losses are better for business than profits)

lol, I sure hope so too. Everyone said the Innokin SVD was awesome, never had a mod before. I hope it doesn't come all banged up. One good thing is that they do returns
I am in the same boat Angel. I ordered mine the weekend before their boat festival and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival. I am pretty confident that it will be in good order though. Chelle has ordered several times from them and still has nice things to say. So now it's just waiting for us lol
nada, nuthin', zip, zilch, zero.....FT pays for return shipping...if it is DOA...not just cuz you don't like it
btw....i'd like to point out that FT offers drop-shipment....so that means you *could* be purchasing from FT and not even know it

This was my bum around day I even wore sandals, now you've gone and ruined it. Guess I'll go put on my shoes now Yeah as a retailer I would find the problem of returning juice pretty big. You have to get it back or else somebody will tell you the greatest juice they ever had is actually the worst and vape away thinking they are so smart (yeah you know they would about 10-20 out of 100 would). Then how do you deal with subjective taste? You can't resell it and you would have to pay for shipping (least I would). It's just way too big of a window for big losses to work out easily. As much as we might like something sometimes a business just can't do it and expect to operate successfully. Now bad equipment is another story and one that most places have a good return policy on including FT.
Heck, I know what they sell and expect what I get.
Bought a couple DCT type tanks. Never expected the cartos to be any good, so no surprise when the first went open coil in 2 days. The second decided not to wick and toasted. Simple solution, dropped in my Boge XLs and all is good.
Could NOT have bought tanks that cheap even with carto replacement locally.
For those that Want Vivi's Not Vivi type top coil tanks, FASTTECH sells The VISION VIVI Originals. slightly higher than the copies.
No where is Fasttech trying to sell Knockoffs as Originals so if you are Being ripped off, you are ripping yourself.
I'd say, if you can only afford to buy once, buy from a reputable, reasonably priced Vender.

I am pretty sure a guy from Uruguay said his was open. Are they normally, sealed with a protective wrap or anything/ I have not used it or anything
I have 6 ego's and only 3 that are defunct. I am an electrician by trade so yeah, not the charger. At first I did a recommended tighten, it's really tight, I also lifted the chargers center pin, cleaned all contact points, even sandpapered them. Nope, not that, sometimes they do/did, but now they wont at all.. So I time each charge on a vacation timer and while annoying, it works out correct and its faster than the charger indicator says anyway..
If you want to know your batteries real charge time for maximum efficiency. Go to link added, input your battery specs, size; and look on your charger for its output. Most ego chargers are 420mA. I think a 350mah-450mah charger is 280mA..

I don't know, I've never gotten any juice from them...I don't think I would want to buy juice from them, I've heard it's not that good.
I order flavorings to make my own and they are all sealed but I don't think I've ever bought juice that was sealed.
Mine will take anything back I am not happy with and replace it with something else. They don't resell it. Why would anyone even assume that?

I've been recommending liqua because it's cheap, has nice flavor and comes sealed. I wouldn't recommend the unbranded juice they sell in a million years, i mean, the other liquids are already cheap enough
I whis FT updated their hangsen selection because from what i read and tried it's an awesome cheap liquid too.I just got 2 bottles of hangsen mango and cream from another chinese vendor and it didn't come with a plastic seal(the juice is amazing for 7.50 50mL bottle tho

I think most vendor's here in the US are smaller operations and don't have the equipment to protective seal. My flavoring has come sealed and
the other components as well.
Is Halo sealed? They are a major player
According to my "research" on the internet, no, hangsen doesn't come with a protective seal. I made a "leap of faith" because the reviews on hangsen juice were good. And it didn't dissapoint, i payed $24 shipped to my door for 100mL, i'm mixing 1 drop of cream with 5 of mango on my IGO and it's amazing.
The mvp is an amazing piece of hardware, i didn't had to charge it for almost 3 full days of vaping.
My wifes ego's from FT died quick seems the pin was spinning w putting clearo on or when put on charger one or both but wire was twisted bad and separated from center pin on both. 1 1/2 week later n i'm waiting for replacements to ship.
