Well tax time is coming around and I have eye on a Provari. I have been vaping for over a year so I am vaping to stay. I did look on the website and on clearance I can get a blemished Provari with a extension cap for 155 dollars.

I have heard the quality is a lot better but my question is does it really vape any better then say a Vamo or a Innokin VTR? Right now I have a Vamo V3 and a MVP 2.

So please any Provari owners..besides the quality is the Provari really worth it?

Thanks!

If you need further convincing on why you should buy a Provari, you haven't done enough homework yourself.

Well over a year ago I had a battery explode in my first mechanical mod not long after I started using it. This experience hit home to me how dangerous a mechanical mod can be without any electronic protection like a regulated mod has. That, and wanting to get into variable voltage, made me to start researching about the various regulated mods available. I read and watched the reviews of various regulated mods. I read the specific sub-forums for the mods I was interested in; what were the pros and cons for each model?

The conclusion to my research was no regulated mod was perfect for every individual, but the Provari had the most happy owners with their product. It may have been more expensive than other mods that they had owned, but to them it was worth it. Most claimed that it just vaped "smoother", a frequently made claim by newer owners. The long time owners talked about how well made and durable it was and often included stories about what calamaties their Provari had gone through but was still working like it was new. The few owners who had to send their Provari in to Provape were extremely happy with the customer service ... the best that they had ever experienced.

Many had owned less expensive mods made in China which didn't hold up within a year's time and couldn't be fixed because those manufacturers don't do repairs (they expect you to just buy another). Those customers became frustrated by wasting their money on cheaply made mods with no customer support and decided to bite the bullet and buy a Provari. Its manufacturer provides a year warranty, and will repair a Provari after warranty for life for a reasonable fee. Many owned more than one Provari, not because they had to because something went wrong with the first, but because they felt their money was well spent before so why not get another?

No one here should need to convince anyone whether or not to buy a Provari. Do your research like I did and come to your own conclusions. I'm one of those owners who loved my first Provari so much I bought another one, this time a Mini to go along with the standard size. I love both and out of 10 mods that I own the Provari's see 95% of my attention.

I've already helped you out by assembling a lot of facts about the Provari and the company who makes it in the following blog. It also has a large list of previous ECF threads of people asking the same question as you. You can read for yourself the answers.

WHY PROVARI?

I went from 808 cig-alikes to the Provari. It gives a nice consistent vape from start to finish of the battery. A stainless steel 510 connector so I won't have to worry about it wearing out. If I do have a problem with it I can send it back to the manufacturer for repair at a reasonable cost. I'm happy with my two (always need a backup!) and it helps me avoid buying the newest shiny 'greatest' PV which may only last me a couple of months before it breaks or I am seduced by the newest "latest and greatest" PV..

You obviously want one or you wouldn't be asking about it.
I own an MVP2 and still use it everyday. I own 2 Provaris and bought them because I wanted them, I use at least one of them every day. They do everything my MVP does, that I actually use. I do not care if it does VW or not I can do the math.

So, if you want a Provari and want to afford it buy it, if you do not buy something else. If your check is large enough buy the Provari you want and what ever else catches your eye.

If you do buy it you will not be disappointed in it. It does everything it says on the box, very well. It will do it for a long time.

I want to know this also as my wife is using a V2 but the 510 threads are wearing out & the pro tank doesn't want to stay on.
Also how long have you been using your Vamo no matter the version?

:vapor: louis :vapor

How long had your wife owned the V2 before the threads started going on it?

I dont know if you can buy the top caps with the thread in, but might be worth sending it to provape to have it replaced - I dont know how much that costs (I'm sure someone on here will know) but it might be worth it rather than buying another.

By "V2" are you talking about a Vamo or Provari?

The 510 connectors on Vamo's have been notorious to wear out pre-maturely due to the metal used being a poor grade of metal.

I've never heard of the connector on a Provari to wear out. They are made from US solid block stainless steel.

To paraphrase some of the answers I got when I made a similar post.
1. Only you can decide if its worth getting.
2. If you've gotten to the point that you're asking about getting one, you may as well go ahead and do it because it will constantly nag at you until you do
3. If you end up not liking it, there is a high resale vale on it and you should have no issue finding someone who is interested in taking it off your hands.

I got on and happen to be pleased with the purchase. I have had other e cigs I wished I never wasted my money on.

Well I think I have talked myself into one. Thats a good deal for just a blemished one and from what I heard people who have gotten the blemished one can't find any blemishes. I added up what I have spent on MODS since I started vaping and decided maybe its time to buy quality and not quantity!

I appreciate everybodys help! :)

No. I can't imagine what kind of fools would buy a ProVari.

<- this fool bought one. So did her boyfriend. And then this fool bought another one. No regrets, nothing but satisfaction.

To the OP, just take a look at what it has to offer and make your decision from there. Don't let other people persuade you one way or the other; if you need convincing, you still have doubts so you need to sort those out for yourself instead of regretting your decision later (not that I think you would regret a Provari, but maybe in your heart you REALLY want VW or OLED or you don't care if your mod is disposable and would prefer something cheaper).

This is why I bought mine:
Manufactured in USA
Good reputation for durability
1 year warranty + extended warranty if available
Built-in protections (and I can't do anything stupid on it)
Great hand-feel
LED display (I like the 7-segment LED)
Company stands behind the product and you can send it in for repairs when out of warranty
"What you set is what you get" - no decline in performance from battery charge to battery depletion
Knowing I won't have to replace it in 4 months or 6 months or even a year or 2 years because it'll still be just as reliable as the day I bought it

That's off the top of my head, I'm sure I could think of more, but those were my reasons. You should buy what you want, that's in your budget, and if it's the Provari, welcome to the family! If not, I hope you're just as happy with what you decide to get. :)

You have to ask!!??

There are almost as many threads on "What can I do about my crapped out Vamo threads?" as there are about "Why should I spend $ for a ProVari?"

LOL

By "V2" are you talking about a Vamo or Provari?
