Mornin' all.

Any of you early risers get to see the "blood moon" this morning? I didnt. I was up early enough, but we've got clouds in the west, so no watching the eclipse for Charlotte.

Got another fun and exciting day planned. Believe it or not, Im still trying to get caught up from my couple of days off over the last couple of weeks. I'm just about caught up on the receiving, but my returns stack is perilously high.... I really hope I can get started on them today.

No practice for Kat tonight, but practice for Melanie. Mrs E has to take Kat to church for the Sunday school thats not on Sunday. I'd rather be on the ballfield with Melanie!

Nope. Not going back to work tonight. My apologies for the orders that didn't ship today. I'll be in early tomorrow, and be caught up before I leave.

It's ok. I might run out of House before the order gets here, but I have plenty of other flavors to keep me safe. I understand that Jake's well being is a higher priority. Take care of the old man.

Jake is feeling better today and kind of walking again. Thank heavens, I had enough accidents last night. blech to that too. He carefully ate his mushy food, so all's well. He has 3 teeth left on the top, most left on the bottom, which doesn't do much good. Mushy food it is.

I was serious. Dont worry those pretty little dreads about it. I'll be fine, and Jake is more important.

I liked the post because he's moving and eating. Baby steps in the right direction are still steps in the right direction.

Hey Drott, I tried one of the new Wawa pizza things today. WOW! I could only eat half! I had the buffalo chicken one, pretty tasty.

I dont know why, but on my way home today, I decided that I was going to run while Melanie was at practice. So I did. I ran 2 miles in 20 minutes. Not exactly a record breaking pace, but a ten minute mile isnt too bad. It wouldve been a little farther and a little quicker, but I had to spend a whole lap while on the phone with a guy from work. It killed my pace and even my stride... Less than happy about it.

Dinner was a bowl of yogurt with granola. Kind of a yogurt parfait without the fruit. Pretty darned tasty.

Now I get to go whoop some kids because they wont shut up and go to sleep.

I've got a box already set aside at work along with various forms of packaging materials for Victor to play with. Mrs E tells me it's supposed to be here by "mid-October".... We've never dealt with Pop Warner fund raisers, so I have no basis to evaluate the accuracy of the delivery date estimate. But I can say that once it get's here, I will gladly send his Bears cups and Bears popcorn bucket straight to him.
