Good morning everyone! I had Lasik done about 15 years ago. It really is an easy operation. One thing they told me was that I wouldn't need glasses ever again. Not true. Beside the obvious reading glasses issues they do tell you about, my eyes gradually changed for distance vision also. I started wearing glasses again about 5 years ago. Now I wear progressive lenses for all the distances in between. 
We had people steal from the General Store. How freaking rude. We're a small store, we can't afford to have to write off theft.
So far I hate not having my contacts. I have to keep changing glasses. blech.
$2095 per eye was my quote. Mr. V said I can get one done. And a pirate patch for the other.
My sister had lasik done. She raves about it.
Alex called me this morning while I was cleaning my sisters house and said he was cooking us breakfast so we could sit down together when I got home and eat. Then he asked me to stop and get him a monster. Little manipulator. I did end up getting him the drink and he did end up sitting with me and talking when I got home. That's a rarity so I really enjoyed that.

Oh, and I lost 9 pounds on my first week at Weight Watchers.

Nope Tiff, they walked with stuff. It looks like it was the little old lady in the red coat. People think it's young folks that steal, not so much. The man that stole my purse at the grrrrstore was in his 70's.

I just chatted with James and he wanted me to let everyone here know that he is fine, just really busy with the move and that he won't have internet at the new house until probably this weekend.
