Dinner was yummy! We went to Johnny Rockets. Awesome bacon double cheeseburger, onion rings, and chocolate pnut butter shake. I am so stuffed!

Home and cooking. Tonight is a mean roo in the pressure cooker. He'll make a great chicken and dumplings.
The wind kicked my .... today. Not so much either the cold or the blowy stuff, but as soon as I left the house I started sneezing. Something my head didn't like was getting stirred up. Oh, and we have no heat at work. The heater comes on, but it's not heating the radiators. Nobody wants to stay to wait for the heater guy tonight. 
I guess it will be cold again Monday.

It was nice out here. We went to the Fernbank History Museum this morning and had lunch at their cafe. After that we went to the Atlanta Zoo. For dinner we ate at the hotel restaurant with 2 free meal gift certificates. I had grilled salmon with a butter sauce, mashed red potatoes, and green beans. Now laying on the bed watching nothing in particular on tv and both playing on our phones. Tomorrow after we check out we are going to the Georgia Aquarium, then home. It was a good day.

There actually is a little space heater up under one of the windows, which is great for your legs. Doesn't help the fingers though, or when we're in the back sorting parcels.

A young couple brought their toddler in to get a passport, and the father immediately started arguing with Larry that the photocopy of the child's birth certificate was totally acceptable according to the directions on the passport form. The guy kept getting louder, and would not realize that we have been doing this for several years and are only trying to save him grief. I would have just sent the app in with the page that we fill out saying "customer refused to.... whatever", and let the Dept of State screw with him. Larry told the guy he couldn't do it without the original birth cert.
Lets not go to the birth certificates. thats one of the main things everyone that's getting a first time licence, permit or id needs. I look at 100s a day. You wouldn't believe the arguments and bit ching i hear daily. Also ss cards. Funtimes going to work and being verbally abused for 8 hours a day.
