It was up to 71 by the time I left to come home. It was 38 when I left this morning. Strange weather here too.

Work went good. I got there and only had one dog but two showed up that she forgot to put on the schedule. So I ended up with three dogs. More than I've had in the past week.

How is everyone else doing today?

I'm just about to my "Bah humbug" season. Has anyone else noticed there isn't as much traffic around the malls and other stores this year? Well, that's because they're all having it shipped by Amazon!

I'm tired. Had to stay on the window until 5pm today because 2 people called out sick. :glare: Oh, and the guy that comes in early at 2 am was there almost as long as I was! There's no overtime during the holiday season, but he was certainly racking up the hours!

Good almost afternoon. I went back to sleep when Morgan left for school. I'm up and got some housework done, laundry going, got a shower, and made my hair and face presentable enough to leave the house. My sister took Granny to a doctor appointment but when they get back I'm going to my moms to visit with granny a bit. I got my Christmas decorations done last night. A Charlie Brown tree and 5 stockings on the mantle. Took me all of 5 minutes.

Time to go fold laundry. The kids have the remaining chores for the day. It's nice to have them old enough to do some free labor around here. They might not always do a bang up job but they do it none the less.

Counting today only 8 more working days till I retire on the 31st. Anyone know were an old fat women can find a job?:lol:

I think you might be in luck. I heard someone was looking for a chicken plucker! I went to apply but was pulled aside for a different job. Santa Claus. They said I looked the part. What, just because I have a white beard and a large fat belly they think I want the job? I'd rather be a chicken plucker!
