It's a small win, but the devil is in the details. I'm not going to get too excited, yet.

The agency plans to issue this guidance describing a new enforcement policy shortly. Under expected revised timelines, applications for newly-regulated combustible products, such as cigars, pipe tobacco and hookah tobacco, would be submitted by Aug. 8, 2021, and applications for non-combustible products such as ENDS or e-cigarettes would be submitted by Aug. 8, 2022. Additionally, the FDA expects that manufacturers would continue to market products while the agency reviews product applications.

Importantly, the anticipated new enforcement policy will not affect any current requirements for cigarettes and smokeless tobacco, only the newly-regulated tobacco products such as cigars and e-cigarettes. This approach also will not apply to provisions of the final rule for which compliance deadlines already have passed, such as mandatory age and photo-ID checks to prevent illegal sales to minors. It also will not affect future deadlines for other provisions of the rule, including, but not limited to, required warning statements, ingredient listing, health document submissions, harmful and potentially harmful constituent reports, and the removal of modified risk claims, i.e., "light," "low," or "mild," or similar descriptors.

You've done all that...List your ingredients and take down the Going out of business sale sign. Order minimally until 2022.or until this all comes together. It's going to come together. The British Lancet endorsed e cigs.as a way to stop smoking. Couldn't find many harmful effects. I also read in Ca. where they did a test to see what happens with 2nd hand vape and guess what..Nothing...Nothing happened. It's water with cherry flavoring or in my case PIE.

Hiya Stretchy! How's the grandbabies? And bird? And you?

Girl
I have 3 new puppies, two more Grandchildren on the way, and I have to take the bird to the Doc to get his wings clipped tomorrow. He flew up towards the ceiling fan broke left in the nick of time and dive bombed the puppy pen skirting the Border Collie before landing. Other than that? Nothin.

Good Morning right back at ya..I'm preparing for a 2 hour trip to the bird doc...Here's the problem...They have Baby Quakers for sale..I do NOT need another one. Since you have had a parrot yourself you know how messy they are..I do not need messy.I need a phenobarbital shot...Not a bird...or 3 puppies..There's a story behind the 3 puppies. I'll tell it(hopefully with pics) when I come back without another bird..
