It's a rainy day here. Temps still holding around the low 70's with very little change for the rest of the week. *sigh* One of these days, the weather will be right to get the motorcycle out and ride to work.
With the all the rain, we're expecting for Melanie's game and Kat's practice to be cancelled. Which might lead to another night at the gym. Depends on Mrs E. She has managed to hurt her back. All I could do was spread my arms wide and give her an evil grin and say "WELCOME! WELCOME TO MY WORLD!" She was less than amused. Oh well. Im hoping she calls the chiropractor today. Maybe even get set up with the acupuncturist there. We'll see, though.

You have no idea of how badly I wish I could do that for a living... I want to quit this job so much, it hurts. But if I stay in the industry, I'll end up being miserable somewhere else.

Shrek is blowing his coat. I'm having to sweep twice a day. Bleh.
I just got home from picking up all equipment from the small grooming shop that I was working at on every other Saturday. I hated to go because the owner and I are very good friends. It just wasn't cost effective for me to work there once every two weeks. I now will be at my regular grooming shop every Saturday. Actually every Mon, Wed, Friday and Saturday. I didn't realize how much carp I had accumulated over the past 9 years there. I even found some stuff I forgot that I had. I'm leaving most of it at my house and not taking in to the other shop except a few blades and my dryer. It's getting to be busy now and we just don't have enough dryers to used at the other shop. I doubles as a stand dryer and a cage dryer. I'll just make sure to label it as mine in case I ever leave there. It's a $250 dryer so there's not much sense in it sitting here at the house doing nothing.

Well, the sun came out. Doesnt look like anything is going to be cancelled this evening. Which means I have to miss out on an hour of OT to get home, change clothes, then take Kat to practice while Mrs E takes Melanie to her game. At least I can leave CJ with Mrs E. There will at least be some kids around that he can play with.

So I just had a man and his family knock on the front door. Dogs go ballistic. I went outside so I could hear them. The guy said he's a pastor and that he wants everyone in the neighborhood to know him and his church is praying for everyone living in Canterbury Springs neighborhood, my neighborhood. 
I know something was going on at a house across the street the other night. Hubby and I heard three gunshots and then shortly after that three police show up at that house. These are people that just moved in less than a month ago. They keep their pit chained up in the front yard all day and night.

Good morning all. Yesterday was a zoo at the Rat Race at one point we had over 105 in cue. Between Ot and evening shack chores not much time for anything else.
