Back from the doc. I had actually forgot that Alex had an appointment at the same doctor today until I called them about the side effects. She told me to just come at 11 with Alex and they'd work me in. Hubby went into the appointment with me and he and I both explained what was going on. He mainly went in to explain the confusion and such to him. This morning I was trying to plug my istick in to change. I stood there quite a while trying to figure out what to do but ended up having to ask hubby what I was supposed to do with the cord and the pv. He's a pretty laid back person and not a lot gets to him except this. Any how, I've undoubtedly been taking it wrong. I'm supposed to eat 350 calories no more than thirty mintues before or after I take the medicine. In a nutshell I'm styaing on it for now at the same dosage but make sure I'm eating when I take the meds.. He said he relly thinks this is the problem. I go back in two weeks for a check in.

Alex's appt did not go so well though. He's not compliant and is stubborn as a mule. The doc told us when Alex left the room that we're going to have to do something drastic to get him to straighten. I'm hoping we qualify for the 6 mth vocational training. Alex said he would not go but we told him that he goes or he goes somewhere else to live. The doc also told us when Alex xwasn't in the room that he thinks that Alex will not ever be able to do any type of job dealing with the public or anything that requires interpersonal skills except maybe Publix or something. He said that computer programming he's wanting to do is not likely. As a parent that is hard to swallow even though we sort of knew it already but to have the doctor confirm it is hard.

On a good note, hubby is home today and tomorrow. I think we're going to work on doing some canning after I get home from work tomorrow.

That's about all I got right now.

I gotta short nap! DURING lunch! I'm still exhausted, but feel better.

Mrs E called. She has to have Melanie and CJ at the school for "Meet the Teacher Night". While she's doing that, I have to go get Kat from volleyball practice at 5:30, then her school's open house is at 6:00. I wont have time to switch to the car, and Kat is DEVASTATED she has to ride the bike home.

Another busy night for you James. I know that sometimes when it particularity stressful then I wil hang out at the shop for a bit even when I'm done. I should be ashamed of myself.
I've done it before. But only on days that I didnt have anything going on. You know... like in 2002...

It actually wont be too bad. Even though it's a lot going on, since the wifey is home, I feel like it's amazingly simple! I only have to handle half of it!

I'm sure he have rather be at work yesterday instead of having to supervise me. I'm stead I am f up.the dizziness ness isn't really a big problem right now. Its the confusion mainly. I know im irratoning and perfectly aware yhat its happening but just can't stop it. Anyway today has to be better. Maybe hubby will let me drive to run some errands. Good morning all.

We finally all got home and settled down at about 8:00 last night. Once we got the kids ready for bed, it was about 9:15. Mrs E put on an episode of Lost, which is the one "our" show that we watch together. The next thing I remember, she's asking "James! Are you even awake?!" Um.... no. I fell asleep on the couch. Within 15 minutes. She made me go to bed. Unfortunately, by the time I fixed my lunch and put dinner away, it was about 10:30. Still. Getting to sleep around 11:00 is a LOT better than getting in bed at 1:00am. I'm still tired, but not as bad as it was yesterday.

We have yet another tournament to get Kat to tomorrow. It's a one day, double elimination against nine other teams. That means that we're going to have to get up and out the door before 7am to have Kat on the field and warming up before 8am, game start at 9:00. The championship games are scheduled to start at 8pm, though I doubt we'll be there that long. It's going to be a LONG day. I also plan on taking the family (read WIFE!) out to dinner. It's been an extremely difficult last couple of weeks dealing with head lice, bedbugs, inept Rec ball coaches, softball practice for two kids, volleyball practices, school open houses, me working during the day while she works at night, and goodness knows what else I forgot about... Mrs E deserves a good meal that she doesnt have to cook or clean up. I may even buy her some Walmart flowers to surprise her just to show her that I do appreciate how well she deals with everything we have to go through.

As far as the bedbugs go, the guy that did our inital inspection is supposed to come back to the house some time today to bring us that mattress cover. Mrs E is also going to have him do another inspection. If he finds anything else alive, he's going to have them come back and re-spray again. The tech that did the treatment, I dont think he did a decent job. He didnt move rugs or furniture, he never dusted inside of wall outlets and switches (the reason I had to take all of those cover plates off), or in any of the dressers that we had to completely empty causing us to keep all of our clothes in massive trash bags until this whole thing is done with. So, though the nightmare is in it's final stretch, it's still far from over right now.

At least the weather is going to be awesome all weekend! Highs under 90, low humidity!

Just got done making the 5 lb of wings. I now remember why I buy them and con someone else into making them.
Soon Zzzzzz time at the shack.
How did you end up preparing them? Did they turn out ok?

Yup. It is Friday, isn't it?? One of these days I'm going to screw up and forget what day of the week it is!
I do that on a regular basis... I like to keep me on my toes. :)
