It's mainly those dogs that are so hard to do that I consider sending it home unfinished, or the owner is such a .... head, nit picky, rude, etc. If I get bit and it breaks the skin then that is definite going to get a pita penalty.

I'm still stuck at 70's.
And I'm still not understanding "stuck in the 70's. What am I missing?
Good morning. Another rainy day in Pa. but warn. Rat Race Christmas/retirement party. Outside testing teens. Nice wet fun.
People seem to like waiting until the last minute. Our store closes at 4. From 2 til 3:55 is dead. Yep, 3:56 they pile in to "browse". We need a pita tax too.

Ooooohhhhh, I got it now.
Very busy at work today. Had tons of dogs there. It was a madhouse. I did my three and got the heck out of there. One of the dogs I did today needed a muzzle. It bit me through the muzzle. Some how it got it loosened enough to take a nice chomp out of my left hand. A bit swollen and a couple of holes but that's about it. It hurts but at least it's on my left hand. The funny thing is that the owner knows that he'll bite so she gave him a doggy downer before she came in. She needs a stronger one.

I just woke up from a nap. Since hubby is home I thought I'd try to sleep for a bit. My balance is off today and i can't focus my eyes. If I lay down then the spinning is tolerable.

Dogs. I love dogs! We all have dogs. But sadly, I tell people they cannot bring their dog into the PO. Ya know what they say?? "Therapy dog".

I think its a load of carp too about the therapy dog excuse. People actually use that to get their dog in when they go out to eat. There are no credentials you have to show to prove the dog is truly a therapy dog.
True. The tough part is that in PA, they aren't required to wear a vest either. So there's no ID card, vest or anything to tell you if the person is telling the truth or lying just to get their dog in somewhere.
I have no problem with service dogs at all! They have been trained to be around strangers and all that. But when someone tells me "service dog" and it looks like it hasn't been brushed, groomed or bathed in at least a year, and is sniffing everyone, I don't believe them.

Done pushing cabinets for the night. I'll be so glad when this kitchen project is done. Mr. V will be even more happy, he has to move the appliances.

Merry Christmas Eve! Woke up at 5 and couldn't fall back to sleep. That's ok because I have a ton of stuff to get done today. Make artichoke cheese bites, wrap ALL of the presents (I haven't wrapped any at all yet), run to the bank before they close, go to Publix for 2 gallons of tea because my mom specifically stated not to get a different brand. I don't have a lot of cleaning to get done because yesterday hubby helped both kids clean their room really good. He also did four loads of laundry. All before I got home from work.
Had a rather weird thing happen last night. At around 11pm the doorbell rang. Hubby looked to see who it was. He cracked open the door and it was some stranger wanting to buy cigarettes. What the hill?? Thank God hubby was home. I would never have opened the door if I were by myself. Who goes around knocking on strangers doors asking for cigarettes? At 11pm?

Today's a vk day. Grrr shopping mostly for meat that's on sale. My vacuum sealer arrived yesterday so going to give it a work out.
My sister and I gave one to granny a few years ago. She doesn't need it now that she's moved in with my parents so she is passing it down to me.
