Hi! The scovy was on 6 duds, so we gave her 5 fertile from under a welsh. She cried and cried while we were touching her babies, poor girl, so we couldn't just take her eggs away. She hunkered right back down and hopefully she'll hatch these out. I think the other 2 gals are each on 5 or 6 now too after thinning out the herd. Like we really need ducklings....

Nothing exciting today over here.

Good morning all!!!

Hope all is well with...um...all...of you.... *ahem*

Nothing too crazy going on here, for once. Kat's rec ball season is done. Melanie's rec ball season is done. So all we have now is Kat's travel ball for the moment.

Still no warehouse for work yet. But supposedly, we will be getting keys in the next couple of days, then the real fun begins. Even with all of the delays we've had getting the building, our "go live" date hasnt changed, which means we are left with less time to do the same amount of work by the deadline. This is going to be fun...

My diet is still doing ok, surprisingly. I'm holding steady around 75 pounds lost. I need to get back to the gym. Not to lose more weight but to reduce my body fat percentage. I'm tired of being over 20%.

Weather is HOT. Theyre calling for mid 90's all weekend. But the humidity is supposed to be down, so it wont be too terribly bad. Thank goodness for a/c :)evil:) and an almost usable swimming pool!

Dad and stepmom are leaving for the weekend. I just hope that he can get the pool cleaned up before he leaves. It's been green since the last round of summer storms rolled through. He's also got a small leak in the liner (it's an above ground pool), which is leaking to the back side of the pool. It had started to look like a tiny swamp in that area. So I spent yesterday digging little irrigation channels in the mud to let the water drain. I'll go out there in a few minutes to see if it's helped any. There were all kinds of bugs, mosquito larvae, frog eggs, tadpoles, etc all floating in it. Blech.

I should be getting a new conceal carry holster today. The one I have now is good, but I didnt care for where it had to sit in the small of my back. This one is an alien Gear that everyone says are amazing. I'm hoping it's as good as I've heard.

Yep, I think thats about all for the moment.

ITS HERE ITS HERE ITS HERE!!! MY HOLSTER IS HERE!!!

First impressions are good. I had to change the cant angle so it tilts a little farther. But the fit around the pistol is perfect and the retention is spot on. I've only had it on for a half hour or so. The biggest problem my old one had was being really uncomfortable when I sat down, especially when driving. This one, so far, has zero discomfort with the same pistol. AND I can tuck my shirts in with it. It does imprint a little bit in khaki shorts, but shouldnt be noticeable in jeans. A happy $50 spent so far!

We've got so many holsters floating around here I couldn't tell you what goes with what. I know my holster fits my gun and it's pink. All the others I have no clue. I think we need to thin out the gun collection a bit but I'm pretty sure I would be shot for suggesting it to hubby.

You'll be lightheaded and waste a ton of shampoo for a few days Bamrz. I give mine to locks of love every few years.

Do you love the radius? Can you rebuild with the Kabuki or are you trapped buying heads for it?
Finally got my hair cut today!! A little shorter than shoulder length, but I can still tie it back. :)

I really like the Radius! I would love it if the battery were easier to remove for charging. Since it's a bit of a pain, I just charge it in the mod. Yes there are rebuildable heads available that can be used in the Kabuki. I have a couple but have been using the Atlantis coils since I already had a bunch of them. I would absolutely love the tank to death if it were a bit bigger, and/or top fill. I think it holds about 3ml, so I feel like I'm always refilling it.

We had a wicked storm pass through on Wednesday, tons of wind and torrential rain. Lost power at work around 11:45 and I don't think it came back on until after 5 pm. And I had a porta potty fall over on the Jeep. I went out after the rain stopped to see if there was any damage, and not a speck! It was surprisingly light, so I just lifted it off my car and sat it upright. Weird day!
