We're safe for the night, I quick made burgers and beans to get his mind off of it.
He is a Blue Quaker.He's a little bigger than a Parakeet with a Hooked Bill and he knows how to use it.But he TALKS and Talks. He should just now be learning to say a few words according to the Blue Quaker books. He can sing entire songs.Which he does ALL day long. He picks out certain phrases of different songs and repeats them over and over.Then sometimes he sings the whole song.That's when I slide down the kitchen cabinets laughing.I talk to him all day long.It's a habit now.When he says something I feel like I have to answer him.I am trying to shoulder train him but he likes to ride on the nape of my neck and flutter his wings when I start to walk then he says whatareyadoinwhatareyoudoin real fast. He could never be a Pirates Bird.
I've heard of that...Good thinkin.I'm grading exams and having some cold medicine. Some people call it "rye", but cold medicine is the medical term.

Hey guys! I'm behind. What did I miss?
Nothing new here. Back at work and going fine. Just one day a week right now but will probably up it to two in the next couple of weeks. I have plenty to keep me busy on the other days. We have no less than three appointments a week, usually four. Thankfully hubby is home to help with those sometimes.
I drive at night again!
I had to buy a new istick yesterday. One of my mods I got last year for my birthday bit the dust the other day. Nothing fancy, just a basic black istick VV. About $35 at the local B&M.
Hubby broke the news to me today that our escrow was short $1500!!!
So our mortgage is going up about $150 a month. How in the heck do they underestimate escrow by that much??? Guess it's something hubby should have caught because I don't ever see the bill. He takes care of it. Sucks but either split it up over the next year or cough up $1500 right now. That's not an option.
Tomorrow is a down day. No appointments so I don't need to leave the house. Morgan will do school work. I'll piddle with house stuff and Alex will do what he does best....nothing. He did ask me to go get him a drink at the gas station tomorrow so I told him I would once he did what chores I asked him to do so maybe he'll do something after all. We'll see. I'll work on taxes...ugh....but on a good note we should get a small refund seeing that I barely worked last year at all. I got my 1099 the other day and literally laughed out loud....$3500 for the whole year.
And I was shocked it was even that much.
I made taco salads for dinner and feel like I have a lead weight sitting in the bottom of my stomach.
Well, time to find something to watch on Hulu for a few minutes before hitting the sack. Hope everyone is doing good!

I recently did that to some of my kitchen cabinets. I found stuff I forgot I had.
Afternoon.. Do any of you have any suggestions on photo editing software? I need something that will upload my pics from my memory card and then delete what's on the card..Also I would like to be able to take the background away from the pic...i can't do photoshop without getting a 4 year degree at the local community college. Just something basic..Any ideas?
gimp. It's free. It's what I use now that photoshop is stupid expensive. And I also use Dropbox (also free) to be able to use my pics and docs no matter what device they originated on.
