We had a piece. It was okay, but not great. I tried a different recipe, going back to my old one.

Good morning. Going to sign retirement papers at 11:00. Things changed in the last time. They changed the counselors around so I have to go to Harrisburg, pay for parking grrrr. It was much nicer at the old state police barracks on Lincoln HWY, free parking easy to get to. After I get my date I wright my retirement letter. Won't be nice I'm telling them why I'm not staying 5 more years. How 19 years of service is unappreciated and not worth anything. I'll be forwarding it to not just my District manager but also the head of the department. Rant over. 
We wish you the best with retirement. I wouldn't put anything in writing that you might regret some day. 
Darn it all Drott, any clue what you are going to do with yourself when you retire? Not working doesn't seem to suit you very well.

We sure hope Victor starts feeling better soon! Maybe he would like a small bite of that PIE you made yesterday, I know I would!

Good morning! Gloomy day here in hutsville, I could use some sunshine. *yawn*
Low 40's here today, but it didn't rain all day so I'm happy.
Victor is on new antibiotics and tomorrow I have to call the UW Vet School in Madison for an appointment. I do appreciate our vet being honest that she is at the end of her ability for him. He needs an ultrasound, that's not training or equipment that she has. I need a second job apparently. ugh.

Thanks Bamrz. Not a good day in hutsville. Hopefully the ultrasound shows that we just needed this new med and that it is working. *fingers and toes crossed*
It's chilly out, so comfort food is in order. Pork chops, smashed taters and gravy, and green beans.
