Or consider pre-paid paypal-like service that is CHEAP for vendors: dwolla.com
GotVapes and one other vendor take it, as another option in addition to credit cards.

I do like using my BOA CC because I have shop Safe. With it I have the option of creating a one time use number at a limit set by me for each purchase. I have never had my number stolen since I have been using it. It is a very safe way to shop online.

If it comes to being forced into using another option, I think that we will all find one. ;)

I agree, we will all find another way. But it's just disheartening to witness the extent to which our government has become our Nanny!

This one turns out to be about shops that decided to register as low-risk with card companies and pay a lower (i.e. FAIR!) rate instead of the hyper-inflated "high risk" rate the banks are charging vape shops.

That is not a legal decision, it's a private sector decision to soak us, but they do use the public sector's shenannigans are part of their excuse.

Bottom line: the color of greed is green and gold, not red or blue.

But it has a bluish tinge sadly to say.

Yeah, so I went Whig. I'm pretty blue myself (look at my avatar!) but I got tired of both sides. The Modern Whigs were founded by returning Iraq war vets (which I'm not) who think folks should THINK. Independently of what folks around us say. What a concept!

This cannot be true, as I use Paypal for 60% of my ecig purchases, and the detailed confirmations that I receive from Paypal all itemize what was purchased. And then there is also the plethora of Ebay listings for ecigs, all of which are processed by Paypal.

Believe it. . .it's true. They just haven't caught you yet. Good Luck.

Cheers,

In 2007 I got cigalikes and nic liq from ebay/paypal.

About 2009 they stopped all ecig transactions; put me in a bind.

That's when my stockpiling began.

Yea man, everything I own is rebuildable and mechanical for stuff like this.

I reloaded ammunition for ten years and am used to not only problems like this, but even worse: industry induced scarcity.

Wick and wire will never go away, nor will batteries, but the mods and rebuildables and especially disposables like cartos and any electronic mod have always been something I look for to go away fast if they choose to.

The good news is: I have everything I need basically until the day I die ;)

Probably need some nic test strips, those will never go away either lol

Hey and for those that think they cannot make stuff go away ;)

Remember when they said tomatoes were killing people a few years ago? Couldn't get a tomato from coast-to-coast in the USA; now if they can make damned tomatoes go away... You think electronic cigarettes are safe OR that this tax free nicotine haven will just go on and on and on?

Well, I understand the wick, wire and batteries. But I'm only eight months into this. I'm fine for a LONG time on wick and wire. But what? are you putting your batteries into? And I take it you're mixing your own liquid. I'm guessing I could do that too. But then what are you using to "use" it all, so to speak? Over a half year off cigarettes (after 45 years) and I'm loving this all and never felt healthier. But...this is the first time I've felt a direct threat to it all. I DON'T want to go back to analogs. fairly new folks like myself would appreciate it greatly if you could expound a bit more. We DON'T want to go back!

Mech mods look like they'll last forever. There are instructions online for turning flashlights into mods. There are instructions online and on this forum for making mods from scratch using copper tubing http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...kend-i-think-turned-out-decent-first-try.html It's a really cute mod.

edit: that's not my mod lol.

I can issue an e-check directly from my bank account bill pay site without using the number from a paper check. I guess each bank has a slightly different method.... :)

I don't want to promote BOA, I would never use them again. But they did have a handy app, you could have a picture of a check and deposit it. I'm sure allot of banks/credit unions have this method of receiving checks.

The process took about 3 days.

Chaos warranted or not, it makes you think of what could come. I don't want anyone taking this away from me. I'm still at a high enough nic that smoking would be tempting.

Think about it. If you woke up one day and it were no longer available and you had no back ups. And no way to get them. There was a thread about this recently.

This is basically what I mean by no circuits and no electronics/solder etc.

These have a battery, wick, wire, steel and brass nothing else ;)

I do not make my own juice, but I know the basics from reading on it for ages now, it would be unflavored at best until I got better and to be honest if they shut the whole thing down I bet the flavorings would be under attack too to force us to by what they wanted us to vape.

I know for a fact taxes are coming guys, but will an end all ban come? Probably not, still I refuse to be told what e-cig to use.
