I would also like to re-iterate how much we appreciate everyone's patience regarding this. Trust me, we are just as frustrated as all of you are! We are working hard to repair the situation and will let you know as soon as all is good. For our Tucson vapers, our lounge is taking cash and checks. We promise to have a delayed Black Day sale for all of you!

I entirely agree! My reward will be able to order coconut cream again. I get nervous when I don't have at least a 60 ml. bottle already steeped.

You obviously work your asses off, do the best job anyone can expect and make the finest product out there for the best price in a USA made ejuice.

i have had my shopping cart ready to go since the 22nd. i noticed you guys are kinda low on inventory on batteries in certain colors. if i comment in the check out "substitute any color if you are out of the one i ordered" will that work and be understood? i usually wind up scratching all the color off anyway out of boredom. also how long would i expect back orders to be if my items are back ordered?

I agree with you on the Dekang comment. I don't want any part of it. Fortunately I have a sizable stash...... but my husband is almost out of his Desert Ship so he might have to make a run to a local mall Kiosk for some sub-par juice. And he just has never developed a taste for Hopscotch or Butterscotch Almond. ( well..... more for me)

I have some Dekang too.. it's ok to have some cheap backup stock... it never hurts. I can enjoy it but it's not something I want to do all the time. There is no shame in having backup ejuice.. people always try to trade what they didn't like but I say hold onto that for a rainy day like today.. er, I have quite a bit of Freedomsmokeusa ejuice just not my favorite one.. so it's cool.. mostly just annoying because I was ready to order then bam.. they had a credit card dealiy whatever... cool, I can wait but soon.. (like in 2 weeks) I'll run out of cappuccino smooth and no one else has such a good flavor and they don't put extra flavor and they charge way way too much to even consider buying it elsewhere.. like it would have to be pretty good.

Mostly, a lot of the flavors out there taste wrong.. off, fake.. sometimes that is ok and special in it's own right.. like my dekang Ry4. BUt it's good in the same way a horror b movie can be sometimes.. so bad it's actually good if you are in the mood.

... Yep, buy all the ejuice you can and stockpile it, throw it in the fridge!

thank you very much for fixing the problem!! Now, that you added e-check option to payments (even though CC is still down), I am finally being able to complete my order, get the total price, order #, apply coupon and now I CAN SEND A REGULAR CHECK IN US POSTAL MAIL!!!

I though it was just me being stupid, LOL! I have no idea what e-checks have to do with regular checks, but adding e-check option somehow fixed the problem with regular checks, too.

that's what the banks tell us but they also told us it would have been done by the end of this week too. We want banks that actually cater to the e-cig industry and those are not easy to come by. And we definitely want a permanent solution so this won't happen again hence the taking time to get it done right.

Just wanted to say I ordered last night 12-2-11 around 11:00PM and paid using the e check went smooth as silk.
Just recieved a e-mail today 12-3-2011 my order is at the post office for shipping already! Thanks for the fast service and that e check system works GREAT!

thank you very much VPC we know how well people need their juice. we can do bank-wire for folks outside the U.S. it's as easy as sending an e-check. CC will be back up eventually but this is far better then nothing
