I keep hearing about how great this combo is, but I still haven't tried this mod and tank yet. Heaven Gifts has both of them on sale right now, though, so I'm thinking now might be the time to pull the trigger. I haven't found a TC device that really does it for me yet, so I will probably be using it mostly in VW mode. I have heard it's awesome in VW and that the Cubis tank does not leak. I am all about a non-leaking tank, and I figure at these prices I can't really go wrong. Right?

Cuboid Code AHGJ01
Cubis Code: AHGJ02

I have been using the Cubis and Cuboid combo as one of my primary setups ever since I won the combo from the Heaven Gifts giveaway. I like it so much that I purchased a second Cuboid and three more Cubis tanks and I am vaping on them right now. The five setups that I am vaping on now is:

Stainless Cubis on a Stainless Cuboid
Grey Cubis on a Grey Cuboid
Black Cubis on a Black iStick 100W TC
White Cubis on a Reuleaux RX200
Compvape Double Vision RDA on a Reuleaux DNA200

I think I will go ahead and get the white Cubis. I know you absolutely love them, which is what piqued my interest in them, and the fact that I can get a white one, especially at that price, makes the decision just that much easier. There's just something about a white, top-fill tank, and I LOVE that it isn't a leaker. I am not a fan of a leaky tank, lol.

Check for better pricing HERE.
I looked, but I didn't see better pricing. The entire setup, mod and tank, costs $47.80 at Heaven Gifts right now. I have ordered a lot of stuff from HG and I have never had a problem with them, either, unlike some of the other vendors. I like my odds with HG. :)

Nevermind! I asked a question that I answered myself right after I posted, lol.

I like my Cuboid. I run a crown tank on it now. Tried running my infeeling mad hadder rda but kept getting "atomizer short." I picked it up to replace my istick
50w that I use for work. Just waiting on a wrap before keeping it in my rig.

Been considering trying the cubis, but I love my crown and have a Kamakazi on pre-order. Might pick up the cubis in a week or 2 though to give it a try.

I have not had a single leak with the tank, even if I leave it tipped over on it's side. The only "leak" you will get is if you overfill the tank and when you screw the coil and top hardware in, a little bit of juice will squeeze out through the top seam. I have found that if I fill it up to about halfway (as viewed through the glass) it almost eliminates the leak. Especially if you are using the RBA as it is bigger than the stock coil, so it will displace more juice.

Going from using RDA's almost exclusively to using the Cubis (prior to getting the Cubis, I pretty much packed away all of my tanks and switched over to using drippers only), I did notice that the airflow feels a bit more restrictive though.

I'm having a problem w/getting the code for the Cubis to work. Cuboid-using code- would cost me exactly $42.60 shipped by cheapest method to my US address. That means the atty would need to cost just $5.20 delivered, for me to get your price of $47.80- great deal if that's the case!

I wasn't counting shipping with the $47.80 price, just the cost of the 2 items with the coupon codes. The Cubis comes to $13.90 with the code, but you do have to pay shipping. It will cost me $18.10 with shipping to my door, which is still a great price. I just read in the HG post that if you order both the tank and the mod you need to place 2 orders but you can ask them to combine them in one shipment after you place the orders. I have actually done that before and they are happy to do that. It's hard enough to wait for vapemail without having to wait for separate packages, lol!

That's actually not a bad thing for me. I like a little bit of pull even though I am a lung hitter. Otherwise it just feels like I am breathing vapor, lol!

I have lots of tanks but I have been eyeballing the Cubis for a while now. I love top-fill tanks and every time I get a new one I retire one of the bottom fillers. I think top fill was one of the best redesigns of anything vape related last year! :)

I have a Cuboid and I love it. It's a great TC device and dual series 18650s make it last a long time. I found a thread (that I could quote if I had to) where I was told exactly how to find and set the TC Value for a wire. Having three memory locations on top of Ni, Ti, and SS 316 is quite nice... plus a VW Mode. Seven modes in all. Mine is the somewhat Stainless. I say "somewhat Stainless" because the brushed finish isn't as silvery as SS, but it still looks good with SS toppers. :) The blackened screen makes black toppers look good, too. :D

Thanks for this info, VG! It sounds like an amazing device, especially for the price point! I have really not heard of any major complaints about it, which leads me to believe that it is also a stable, durable little mod. I think Joyetech has really shown what they are capable of with this one. :)

I couldn't agree more. It's a little heavy, but heavy duty, too. I upgraded mine to 200W right away. :D

Oh, and the USB Charging does and excellent job of Balancing. I've never seen more that a 0.07V difference in the two 18650s.

That's great to know! I am definitely a USB charger. I have a 4-port battery charger and sometimes it's busy and I need to charge a device a different way! :)

At LEAST! :D

Once when I was at my eye doctor I told him that I buy polarized sunglassess. You can see where that led, lol.
So now I learn that you put out 5V 2A (al least) with your bipolar eyes through your Ray Bans. I think I'd be afraid to get too close to you now.
