But how bout the Cubis tank for TC ? Is it any good...I've heard pros and cons on the tank. I'm interested to hear from an experienced source their opinions.
I've been using a black cubis for a while now, only with the .5 ohm coil though. Works well in tc, though I didn't like it much at first. The coil had a long break-in time and at first it didn't perform well enough for me. Now it performs well up to 40w. The flavor is a bit muted (I'll add extra flavoring to the liquids I use in it), but in my experience that's often the case with vertical coils. I have better performing tanks, but the Cubis being leak proof makes it my go to atty for traveling.

Nice and informative write-up! I don't have a Cubis, so Thanks! :)

How pleased are you with the capacity?

Do you MTL or DL with it? How is it for both, in your opinion?

The capacity is ok, particularly considering how small and easy to refill the atty is. I MTL for the most part, and the .5 coil works well for that when closing up the airflow almost all the way. DL definitely works with the .5 coil. Then again I can do both with most modern atties so I might not be the best person to ask :)

I started using the Cubis RBA and have been using some premade Ni coils in it. Works great, especially since I started using rayon as wicking material instead of cotton.

Do the coils last a while? I should have my white Cubis on Tuesday and I didn't order any extra coils with it (duh) so I am hoping the ones that come with it last a little while.

I know what you mean. I have said that a topper was good for MTL, but dedicated MTLers did not like it. SubOhm coils can be too intense for some MTLers, and too weak at moderate Wattages.

Easy to fill is a big plus in anyone's book.

Cotton, as in Cotton Balls? I switch from Cotton Balls to rayon, but since finding Japanese Organic Cotton Pads, there is no looking back for me.

Cotton as in Japanese organic cotton pads. I've wicked it once with cotton and once with rayon. Cotton seemed to clog up a bit quicker than the rayon.

I'm still on my first coil (didn't buy any extras, waiting for the rba). Installed two weeks ago, but I haven't used it that much during that time. Four tanks I guess. It took me one or two tanks before the Cubis started performing well.
