Anyone else getting an Error when trying to Checkout? All my info is correct but everytime I try to checkout, I get an Error about opening the next step or something, it goes by too fast for me to read.

I don't know if it's related, but there have been reports of check out issues during the payment step if you're using a pre-paid debit card that is not registered with the same address that you've entered on the site. If that's not the case, just contact Eric via email and he will look into it for you.

Hi Letharian,

I have contacted Eric about this. Either he or I will follow up with you. Thanks for asking!

The only error I am aware of currently is if your billing address doesn't match what is on file, if you email me we can figure out if that is it.

If it's not a billing error, switch to another browser if possible see if that fixes the issue.

Hey Eric. I ordered evod head's from you in April and finally got around too using them.I ordered 1.8 ohm and they must be 2.5 because they register at 2.6.I looked for the contact form on your site and did see one.I know it's probably too late to do anything, but wanted to let you know about it.Have a great week!

I have a question about the use of the EVODS, Eric or Cnew? I happen to get a gurgling and leaking once my resevoir hits around 1/2 full, quite a bit. Even when I've changed the coils. Could I be doing something wrong? TIA!

Cross posting this:

Am looking into it for you now, Tina. Will follow up as soon as possible.
Thanks for being patient!!

I do not know what the cause might be, I am a bit perplexed by this one :(

Thanks, Cnew and Eric! I'm clueless, too! Someone at another forum suggested I may not be tightening the bottom down enough, but I would think if I wasn't, it would cause problems before it was 1/2 empty?!? Sorry for the cross post, I think my question may have gotten lost in the the other thread. I appreciate your quick responses! :)

FYI, I don't see the form on the contact page either on Chrome (and I've whitelisted DV on all my blockers). Can't see it on FF either. He mentions an email or form, but no form is to be seen...

Hi Sonic,

I believe Eric may have been referring to the contact form link at the bottom of the "About" page.

I will verify with Eric in the morning as to whether there is another contact form toward which he was directing another member earlier in the thread.

In the meantime, here are some links that may be helpful.

About DiscountVapers.com
Note: the form is at the very bottom of the page, below the video clip.

A link to the shipping and returns policy:

Shipping/Returns

And, lastly, the email address to which customers can address questions or concerns:

orders@discountvapers.com

If there are any additional links or locations, Eric or I will update this thread as soon as possible.

Thanks everyone for being patient and supportive!! Good night!

Just used the form on the website. Hope it worked. Hubby and I got our Kanger T2's today and he is unable to get a draw from his green one. He filled it and when he went to vape he couldn't get anything. He was going to change the coil, until he realized that something is blocking the center hole. He's emptied it and is currently soaking it to see if that helps any. He said it's like metal in the hole, as if they didn't cut it all the way through. Is it supposed to be like that?!? :(
