Hey eric i bought a smoketech groove about a week ago and its acting up on me how can i do a rma?i love the groove but this one burned up a few cartos up on me by keep reseting to 15w on its own it also shuts offs on me with out pressing any buttons.

Today is 3/09/2013 I know, I know I'm impatient but I need one badly, I have a KTS that bought in a co-op it looked pretty for about a week till the plating started to wear off and the brass started to show through! Arrrg I should have waited for the Drawtube (Did I mention I am impatient?)..

I received my beautiful shipment, all the other items where there but they weren't in there
I do have a funky one the drawtube "2 in 1" which I will post tomorrow, gotta figure out how it works first. it lets you use it as an atomizer , so it's atomizer and battery in one. I won't release it until I test it because it looks like it's missing a part. Not sure why they called it a drawtube, it's not the same thing, so it isn't rev 2 or anything.
I contacted them they now say the 18th for the drawtube due to "material" shortage, which is either true or they are sending to someone else first who orders more.
But I did order 4x as many this time, so that might have something to do with it.

The Kangers are due.. late of course, the lemons are both back in stock today

Hey Eric, I'm the one who contacted you about that "undeliverable as addressed" package. It arrived today, and the label was intact with the address printed correctly. I think whoever was trying to deliver it had a mental lapse at that moment because it was clearly addressed. I sometimes wonder about USPS.

Thank You Eric for getting the segelei z max these things rock do not need the adapters for the t2 or t3 to work on them and they are a lot better then the smok tech one by a long shot i have 2 of them one work,s so so the other fell a part so now got 4 of the segelei,s 2-510 and 2 ego and the drunker tank is working great on the reworked bolt.

I believe the Apollo is a 3.6-3.7 regulated, I say I believe because all I have to test it is a simple voltage meter and it blinks instead of giving me a full voltages so I know it must be regulated to do that.
The last time I asked back in November that is what they said. I lack the equipment to be sure.

are you sure that you have the instructions on the Blade Mechanical Slide mod correct?
