Hi Eric,

Do you have extra o-rings for the DV Mini Vivi Nova? I have 2 of these units - the original one didn't have a ring at the top and I had some leakage issues. Purchased a second unit and noticed it has a ring at the top... and no leaks. I'm ready to place my next order and am trying to figure out if I need to order another new unit or if I can just purchase an extra o-ring or 2. Thanks!

I do not carry them sorry :(

If you add a note to the comments of an order I will check to see if I have a tester or one I can take apart for an oring.

Yoo-hoo Eric, hope you'll see this...so I got a bunch of ego adapters from you, and I went to put one on a new MT3s (also from you) and it's too loose? It will not catch the threads of the well on the MT3s...either it's too small, or the well on the new MT3s is too large....so then I tried it on an old MT3, the ones with the old style coil, and it fits fine, it also fits fine on the new MT3s base replacement.

It's not a big deal for me, since I ordered many of the base replacements to go on my old MT3's, but it might be an issue for someone who buys some of the new MT3s's and no replacement bases...to be fair, I did order two of the MT3s's, and haven't tested it on the bottom of the second one yet to see if it's just an issue with that one base, so as soon as my husband gets home with it, I'll check it out.

wow, just re-read this and it's an English teacher's nightmare, sorry about that!

Yep, the MT3s fits fine and fires on all of my eGo batts.

I tried out a new adapter in the 2nd MT3s last night, and it did screw in almost all the way, the threading was kind of weird, felt like it was sorty of grabby/choppy~~wasn't screwing on smoothly, I did try several adapters just to make sure it wasn't the adapter itself. I put it on my Provari and it fires.

I have no clue why the bases on the new MT3s would be any different than the replacement bases, they look identical to my eye, but I could be missing something as my eyes aren't the greatest. Maybe I just got a couple of weird MT3s's from the same batch, cuz like I said the replacement bases are absolutely fine. Anyway, I have plenty of replacement bases to make everything work well together, so it's all good on my end...hopefully it was just a couple of flukes.

Hello, received a Protank order # 45581. The Thread section of the Protank broke off in my Provari after screwing it on yesterday. It is only 9 days old and this was the first tank of juice I attempted to vape out of it. Please inform me what to do. Can I send it back for an exchange?

Hi please email me. :)

I am LOVING my Evod clearomizer! I only enjoyed dripping before, though I tried lots of other ways.
But I do have one issue, (which is NOT related to how it functions) but after about 6 weeks or so of use, the mouthpiece which was clear, is now tinted a yellowish-Brown :-( It reminds me of a tobacco smoke stain.
It's obviously caused by the juice & vapor. But the juice itself is not a dark brown or anything, more the color of a really week ice-tea.
So my question, is there anyway to clean it, or does it come with a diff color mouth piece? I was all excited about only having to buy the replacement coils. But at this point I don't even want to take it out in public, cuz it looks pretty yucky.
Any suggestions?

You might try a pipe cleaner. I haven't had anything stain mine, but it could be the difference in the e-juice contents. I use a paper towel that I have rolled up to clean mine on a weekly basis. Mainly to get the moisture out of the drip tip. Good Luck!

Question, Eric. I know your site says that to check back soon on the blue Kanger ProTank, but I am just wondering if you have any idea when they'd be back in stock? Or is it quite hard to get the colored ones in? I lucked out on getting the purple one when I did and I love it! Ordered the pink one, first! :)

Yes, it's been hard getting the colors, my initial mistake was just ordering a small amount for my main order and backup orders.
I didn't really expect to sell out so quickly on the colors. The good news is I've learned my lesson and when the cardboard one (economy packing version) is available I will be ordering a lot in all the colors. I am looking at a week or so for the blue.

I think I may stick to just the economy packaging because my last set of "purple" was actually gray and we didn't find out until a few people had them in their possession, so the cheaper packaging will let us see what the color is regardless of what kanger marks on the carton.
