I am gonna have to say that, ordering from Jason at Electronicstix has been the best service by far for anything I've ever ordered online...period. I'm new to the whole E-cig thing. Really new, as in I haven't gotten one of my E-cig orders yet.
During my impatientness, I ordered kits from several sites, of various models. The funny thing is, during my research,(which apparently wasn't good enough) I found out that the DSE901 is by far the most popular and easiest model to obtain parts. Looking around, there were alot of competitors with reasonable prices for kits.
I stumbled on to Electonicstix, and saw an equally reasonably priced DSE901. Since I'm new to this, his advertisement of having authentic 901's helped me choose his site. The only thing was that the site implied that it wasn't in stock. So I contacted Jason thru emai to see if he indeed had any in stock...and wow! A response within 5 minutes of my email!(must be a blackberry,lol)
Of course he said yes, so before I ordered..I had to ask how long it would be to arrive from where it's shipped Utah to Florida. Instant response again! "2 days....3days max."
I'm thinking,....yeah whatever. I just ordered from another site located in Tampa I think, 2days prior that's only about six-7 hours from where I live and the items are still not here. In fact, their UK partners stuff that I ordered arrived in the states faster than they mailed it out!
But ok, because I'm eager and I am exhausted from online searching...I'll give it a go anyway.
Sent him an email, stating that I ordered it and when to expect it to be mailed out....OMFG! Another instant reply! "You should get the tracking number in a few minutes and expect to see it Monday."
Again..I thought "WTF ever man...I just hope to see it."
I'll be damned if he wasn't accurate!
Although I don't have it since it's Sunday, the tracking states that the item has not only arrived to my state...but to the post office in my city!!
I am absolutely happy with customer service. Infact, I'm elated. I could only wish that more people went the extra mile to provide ultimate customer service as Electronicstix has.
Now, they just gotta work on stock! Cause, Electronicstix, my credit card has found it's soulmate.
Can't wait to try out the E-cig!!! WOOOOT!
