Ah, Mr. Longo knows his pizza! Dined there many times and mail ordered several times as well (not quite as good but not bad). In all honesty, there are hundreds and hundreds (if not thousands) of one off pizza joints in ChiTown that make Lou Malnati's seem average. You have to go out of your way to find a bad pizza in ChiTown. I know ChiTown is known for their deep dish, but honestly more thin crust is consumed there than deep dish. As a regular item, I prefer the thin crust. But when I'm good and hungry I would kill anyone in my way for a deep dish and a big tall suds.
