Really hoping I get a shipping notification for this soon!

I realy like that. Made me second guess my decision to go full stealth for almost a second. ;)

That is the only body style I would consider other than black or maybe white. The muddy girl thing still makes no sense to me and the skulls aren't for me (and I love me some skulls).

I guess you can't please everybody but pink, purple, red... hell even Burberry would make more sense IMO.

Of course, there is a reason that I am in sales, not marketing. :p

I did not even know about this thread, but I'm using a P3 Ti. Threads work in mysterious ways.

I gave up my spot for you. And you gave me Kristaps.

Fair trade.

I wonder if number two ever got one.;)

...which is, too often, a most appropriate alter-ego of mine*. And see previous response to R.
* Figure it out. ;)

We had a discussion a day or so ago about how little a Ti Radius would likely save in weight. And I'm guessing it would be prohibitively expensive. So let me ask you guys who are pining for one. How many of you would hit checkout if'n the price was north of $300? I'd be willing to wager that's the price point it would need to come in for it to make sense for Provape to offer it in all Ti.

I'm guessing it would cost way north of your figure. They would have to re-think the whole process of how to even manufacture the thing, go from injection molded parts to actually machining the pieces. I really don't see it as even feasible financially, let alone logistically. It would be easier to design a whole new mod at that point, built around the Chipset.

That's a good point. My Stealth is coming in at just under $250. That's pretty expensive for a mod regardless of how durable, well built and super wicked cool and awesome it is. Basically 10x the cost of a Kanger KBox. Not in the same league, but still.

$300+ would be nearly impossible for me to justify for a single 18650, 40w mod. No... ANY MOD. Add my crappy CDN$ exchange to the equation, and it gets even more impossibler.:)

I'm down for an Ti bodied Radius. I would think it very possible. They could do away with the negative wire coming down to bottom plate. Keep everything else the same. I currently don't own any box mods or vv/vw mods but others I have seen are already upwards of 300. I would think Provape could keep it around 300.

You bent him over and did...what?!

Let's just say I can't find one of my Provis. ;)

Hey, StealthyTx.
I think we should band together and find others interested in a Ti Radius. I can hold out. It will give me time to raise the money. I could also see said Ti Radius topped with a Vector Ti coated in gunmetal grey.
Don't know anything about the Vector but I was searching for non aluminnum dark coloured rda's.
Just a thought. I can see a Ti Radius interest thread.:nun:

YAAAAAAAAAAY! A new Provari thread! Do it, Tinben, do it!!

 #11 backed out, now still wanting one...

I hear #7 is still sitting on her hiney.

That's what many people say about spending $200-250 for a Radius, with or without skulls.

Well, people out there are paying $250-290 for a Ti P3, so paying a few bucks more for a Ti Radius is not inconceivable for some people.

I was thinking more of Ti for all the metal parts, not full Ti. Would the loss in weight be that small? A Radius with a battery weighs what, 170g approximately (with battery)?

R

My own personal opinion is that it wouldn't be worth it. I think it was only 143(ish) without battery. That should drop to something around 100 (96, 97, etc.). Each person must decide for themselves.

I think it's more like 190g. My GMZ 2.5 with extension and 18650 battery - 155g. 2.5 Ti with extension and 18650 battery - 125g.

I do remember not being able to carry the Radius in a shorts pocket when I wasn't wearing a belt
