That's the route I took as well (although I went with 36MG) and order my flavorings from ecigexpress.com which is a lot cheaper than any other vendor in Canada ($3.99 for 10ml, very reasonable and quick shipping).

BTW where are you ordering PGA in Montreal from?? I've never found any anywhere..

The sender told me they didnt open it

There will be a reason - usually marked on the outside of the box. If the customs declaration was filled out correctly - that would be it.

Health Canada has instructed customs to reject any and every package with eliquid and examine any package of ecigs or ecig parts without eliquid for nicotine.

I have also had a large order seized and refused by Customs back in October for $150 worth of E liquid and DIY supplies ... My advice is do not order juice outside of Canada. Hardware doesnt seem to be a problem however, nic juice is prohibited to enter Canada so anything marked E liquid is going to be a problem, even if there is no nic because I don't use nic juice and the package got snatched anyway.

In my experience, anything shipped via USPS clears customs faster, and I have yet to receive a bill for duty taxes or brokerage fee using Postal mail services .... however, whenever I have used UPS as the shipping method I get banged with a big COD bill, or the package gets refused. The last UPS bill was for $36.16, which was half the cost of my total order of $75, $22 of which was for UPS shipping and the order was for 14pc 13ml bottles of Capella flavoring :S.

I don't even think you should attempt the juice delivery again ...

I feel ya on that ... Canada still has some catching up to do but thank goodness more and more suppliers are popping up and at some point there is going to be a Canadian vendor with some really poppin juice ... we hope

I am American, so imagine how much it sucks that I can't order freely from my own country :S .. Good luck with everything though, and I hope you can find a way to get the juice you love and deserve ;-)

No, there are no bans on the actual hardware...

People please don`t pay attention to this crap, with or without nicotine if customs/health canada find your hardware you are sol. I wish people would know what they are talking about before flippantly posting this sh-t. Based on misinformation like this I ordered a bunch of ecigs (no nicotine) and lost my order and my money.

Posted before...

A new day, a new way! - Vaping: Customs and Health Canada I had ordered 60 cartomisers. I was accused of importing...

@OP $1K order = not for personal use.

In the day one could defend 1lb as personal use, 1+ lbs, they could not.

Well platinum, I actually just got a package that WAS opened by customs and it was all hardware (and quite a fair bit of it too), came through with no problems. So I'm thinking it really depends on the actual person there doing the search. Wether or not they wanna be a-holes or not maybe?
