I've had major delays ordering from bestecig, but nothing has ever been seized. I think to play it safe I'll order liquid and parts separately.
No, just big brother government, big taxes, and their pals in big pharma. Nicotine aside, they have NO business or good reason controlling personal vaporizers at all.Actually, that sounds pretty positive if it is true. Kinda........At least in Canada, Big Pharma isn't (so much) king......right? Am I right? Please tell me I'm right!!!!!!
It has to sit at the customs docks until it's cleared. Not everything is taken apart and examined, unless it's on their list of flagged items from a known list of senders. Other than that It's a random thing, suspicious items that look funny on xray or sniffed out by dogs. The worse problem I have is USPS updating tracking info. It seems like it sits somewhere for a few days, then it's here.
i ordered from ruyan direct last sunday and my order was Released from Customs 6 min after it was "Handed over to Customs" im from quebec and my order is at Toronto atm .
It's in Toronto, eh, good, we'll keep it till you hand over a couple more hockey players!
If they aren't illegal and there is only an advisory out to consumers.....on what grounds can customs seize the product? If they think it's a harmful product, then prove it. What if I operated on suspicions at work?
Gee, I think you may be goofing off too much during working hours. I don't have proof but I'm still going to fire you.I placed an order last week to stock up on EVO parts from the UK. Just a couple of batteries and some attys (no liquid). I never had any problems in the past and expected my order to arrive in about 10 days. The next day I recieved an email from them stating that they were cancelling my order. They no longer ship to Canada because many of the shipments are being seized.
I realize there are 401's and 402's available and I have some that I use as back up. But I really prefer my EVO. What do I do now?

Shipments are being returned as 'incomplete address' having had the address label removed. Apparently their scanning machines have 'learnt' to recognise vaping equipment. We have temporarily suspended shipping there to save customers the expense of shipping. I don't know what the situation is like posting from the US into Canada but Uncle Noah at Innovapor has lots of EVO goodies. Sorry for the inconvenience and we are working on Helath Canada.
