Looking thru various threads, I keep coming across people stating they are getting a good 10, 20, 30 vapes a day on whichever unit they are using.
In my case, what isn't charging is in my mouth vaping.
I haven't counted my actual vapes, but it is def more than mentioned above by a factor of 10!
Cutting way down on the analogs (5 a day now) has me vaping much more frequently and voraciously.
Is there a chance I am vaping too much?
Cheers. :vapor:

I have noticed and counted 10 to 15 good drags on an analog... So that being said 100 vaps a day is normal for a 10 analog a day smoker.. I use to smoke 2 1/2 packs a day that is 50 analogs wich is 500 drags a day.. so what you are doing is not close.. I notice I vape a little less than a analog but get the same as I did with... Hope that helps

A lot of people vape a lot at the beginning. I did. Eventually, for most, you'll cut back.

I probably take 2 drags every few minutes, which winds up being about as many puffs as i took on cigarettes over the course of a day. I just do shorter sessions, more often. The way nicotine is delivered through vaping takes longer to absorb, so rather than blasting myself with nicotine every half hour, I "top up" every few minutes.

So, my PV seldom leaves my hand, but I'm not vaping any more than I smoked.

I havent heard anything bad about that yet, I was curious about the same thing though, like how many puffs is eqivalent to 1 analog?

Im trying to think of the best way to answer your question... And failing. I don't think there is a factual answer. Everyone has their own opinion of course, But My Opinion... Is that everyone is full of it :D
When I was smoking, I would have to smoke at least three cigarettes in the morning before I could function enough to get ready for my day. Now, I will have one puff here, a puff there(on my pv)... And I feel fine after a few. Then of course as the day goes on, it becomes a constant puff puff puff ;)
So there you have it! My super non factual/nothing to support it answer.

I'm looking forward to all the know it all's who are about to come dispute this and correct me.:D Just kidding guys.

I'm still new to vaping therefore I still vape alot, but when I first started it was with a 24mg espresso flavor that tasted so good that I was vaping this thing nonstop for over an hour. Out of nowhere it hit me hard and I got some extreme cold sweats followed by puking in the bathroom.
I learned from that mistake now if I'm vaping on 24mg I'll usually vape every 3 minutes for about 30 minutes and I'm good.
Now if I'm vaping more for the therapeutic purpose I choose a weaker strength like 8mg and I can vape nonstop almost like I am smoking a cigar until the battery kills and then grab my other charged battery and do the same thing with the same strength and have no problems with getting sick.
Yes I do notice unlike analogs the nicotene seems to hit me later but still nothing beats the flavor I am getting out of these things.

I think RyanMercer said it best

There are 2 real immediate dangers in vaping too much.

Dehydration of your respritory system - Drink some water, then drink some more, then wash it down with some more water.

Nicotine Overdose - Honestly, you would have to intentionally give yourself Nic OD, you can't do it accidentally. Just pay attention to your body, it will tell you when you've had enough...LONG before you've had "too much".

I'm another vaper who only has 1 vaping session per day, from wake-up till Nity-Nite.

Just enjoy the ride.

I cape really heavy when I wake up... then my brain sends the signal "ENOUGH". I put the PV down and leave it for a while.

18mg is my vape of choice, 24mg makes me see fairies and dwarves, 10mg has me using my PV like a gas mask.

In general nicotine seems to be self regulating... if you get too much you get sick before damage is done. If I feel a little tinge of "green" I stop vaping.
