Was loving the titan...then had to change stem. Since there weren't any 2.5 I got the 2.0. Nothing but problems with it. Dry hits and burning hits. Am I doing something wrong..or is it maybe just a rare bad head. I am cleaning the other stem, so I can put it back in but wanted some input.

I'm having the same issues with the stock 2.5 and one of the spare 2.0s I got, on a freshly charged 3.7v bat (prolly around 4.2v). I've run 1.7 cartos on non-regulated devices for years without this issue. I've tried them on the Provari as well from 3.4 - 4.0v and nothing seems to help.

Gonna try a couple more of the spare heads I got this weekend...keeping my fingers crossed that it's just a couple bad heads.

I also tore a head apart - and I can confirm that they are NOT rebuildable as far as I can tell.

Those with dry or burning hits may want to make certain the coil/wicks are clean... and that the coil is not pushed down in the ceramic cup and are sitting level...

update..I continued to hit it last night and it got some better but not great. Let it sit over night and this morning it's GREAT!!!
Don't know if wicking issue or ohms changed as it broke in but it I going good.

I've been using a 2.5 for a couple of days now on an unregulated ego-T mod and I think for me it's about as close to perfection as I'm likely to find except that I have issues with the ego-T switching off and switching back to regulated. I have two and they both do it. Tried it for a while with the 2.0 replacement and didn't like it AT ALL. I hope the 2.5 replacements are available soon and I also hope the revised smoktech telescopes are in stock soon too since that should be like an unregulated ego-T without it's problems.

Good! Because I'm going to order 3.0ohm heads. See what one I like the best, even though I'm sure it'll be the 3.0's. Be nice to tell them apart from the 2.5's I have now. I'll just have to keep track for now I guess.

Dieing for my metal tips to get here! Hopefully Saturday, seems the norm from the past orders time wise. Then it's just down to what ohms I like best.

As a side note... didn't realize the tank had different thread on the top & bottom. You can't screw them in wrong, one is wider or something. Hadn't noticed that before.

Yes, but I'd have to test the head on it to check it. Or I could just look at a marking. What would you choose?

On a side note. I had my first mishap today with my titan. I dropped it to the floor. The tank popped apart and the liquid went all over. The metal ring inside the tank popped out when it hit the floor. Shoved it back in after cleaning up the mess and good as new. Might have been a total fluke that it just hit the floor just right or something. Now I know there's no glue or nothing holding the tank on to the metal ring though, just the texture on the metal holding it in there.

(edit) I also had the bad/burnt taste happening to me today out of no where. I cleaned the head a few times and it's back to normal. Don't know what caused it. Was kind of odd. At least a good cleaning cleared it up.

I'm still waiting for mine to show up. Put in 2 orders Monday night. The second order, with 1 Raven and a filly funnel showed up Thursday. The first, with 2 Ravens, a Titan, and cartos and replacement innards for the Titan still hasn't showed. USPS tracking just says departed Houston on 8/21....same as the first order. This is the first time I haven't received an order in 2 days since the move to Sugar Land.

I want my Titan!!!!!

I gotta say, the more I use this the more I like it. I hope the problems others have had with the 2.0 head are sparse and that they take some steps to improve consistency.

So that makes me hopeful that my 2.0 head is just a rare dud...It vaped most of the morning fine...then all of a sudden, went wonkers again.

When mine did that today a good cleaning fixed it. Still have no idea why it suddenly did it.

I put a 2.0 head on mine today after cleaned the thing. It's working fine so far. Been using it all afternoon and tonight

I was not very happy with the Titan on my eGo twists. Tossed it on my Vtube and it has really come alive!

It would be nice to be able to order either one so if you really want the 2.0's, you don't have to buy it separately. Or sell the tank without the head so you're not paying for a head value you don't necessarily want. I know that's probably more complicated for you guys.

I'd also like to see 5 packs on the heads, or at least a 5 unit and 10 unit discount. When the mini comes out, especially if they can get better consistency with the heads, I could see ordering at least 3 minis and 10 heads.

I also like the build quality of the heads. It has a nice ceramic cup, and the coils look very nice. And they're simple to clean and dry burn.
