Using TC on a Dani Box Mini, vaping at 10W. After a short while, when It´s time to vape again, the mod drops the wattage to 4.0W or so. If I turn the mod off and turn it back on again, everything goes normal for a while. The batteriy voltage seems ok. Has anyone seen that before? Could it be that batteries need replacing?

Might be.

From the manual:

05 Main Menu (Page 3)
Battery Status Part1
The Check Battery item shows the battery voltage with little current drained (Ub0) and
the battery voltage under load during the last puff (UbL). The difference is the voltage
drop of the battery (dU). A high drop (e.g. dU>0.4V@20W and dU>0.7V@60W) indicates
a poor battery and/or contact problems.

Good luck.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Possibly. Also there are really crappy batteries out there, one in particular that have been reported on reddit a few times as making mods do some wacky things - Lithicore
