IMR batteries are what are recommended for all mods currently, both for mechanical and regulated mods. MNKE and AW are high quality IMR batteries and from reputable battery manufacturers/distributors. IMR batteries are both high drain and safe chemistry.

You didn't state what you intend to put on your Hcigar Nemesis as far as choice of juice attachment. I'll assume that you plan to use an RBA/RDA. The 18650 MNKE will be safe to use any resistance coil, including sub-ohm < 0.8 ohm.

The two AW batteries will be limited to coils > 0.7 ohm if you factor in a little safe headroom. Always know your battery's limitations in continuous discharge rate in amps and never exceed it. The 18490 AW has an 8.8 amp continuous discharge rate, and the 18350 AW has a 6 amp CDR. Always use the Ohm's Law Calculator to ensure the coil you make will not pull more amps than the amps your battery can safely handle without any stress. Staying within 80% of the battery's capabilities is a good rule to follow.

You could add a Kick to your Nemesis using the 18490 battery to enjoy voltage regulation. The Kick 2 can use atomizer resistances of 0.5 Ohms to 3.3 Ohms.

Bad, are these the Samsung 20R batteries you mention? i wonder why FT lists them as 15A.

They look like the same. I referenced my specifications from BudgetLightForum which lists these as 22 amp Test / Review: Samsung INR18650-20R 2000mAh (Green) | BudgetLightForum.com as does CandlePowerForum Test/Review of Samsung INR18650-20R 2000mAh (Green).

I'd trust the bench tests from the flashlight forums way more than I would FastTech.

Good point. The flashlight guys really know their cells. I just thought it was strange that FT used a lower max amp stat than the flashlight guys. Usually it's the other way around. These batts certainly look interesting but for me, I'm sticking with my MNKE cells (for now lol).

Ok I feel I'm on the same boat, at least sort of. So I decided to pre-order some MNKE 18650s from my local vape shop and when they finally came in, the batteries were literally flying off the shelf with people buying them. So I decided to pick up an extra one. Well, when I was looking at the battery it was in a different packaging and was labeled ICR. I thought that was strange, so I asked one of the sales reps, aren't these suppose to be IMRs? How come the package says ICR? So he tells me no, they're ICRs. Hmmmm. I'm still confused because I take it out of the packaging for further inspection and its labeled IMR. Can someone clarify for me? I'll post a pic of the box and packaging and also one of the battery itself.

Thanks.
