I DON'T take CS's word as the gospel.... I was just passing along info I heard. Today I read on the Blu forum, someone else posted talking to Blu CS and found out that Blu is taking in twice that number so they're falling further and further behind. :rolleyes: That does sound like BS to me but IF it was true.... time will tell, now, won't it? The truth will be proven eventually.

Drew, does just being a member of the Blu forum, which, by the way does NOT belong to Blu, make one a fanboy? That's ridiculous! I just don't agree with all the bashing of the product that's gone on at this forum by people who don't seem to grasp what that company has done for the visibility of electronic cigarettes as a whole. Like it or not, a LOT of people who have never seen or even heard of electronic cigarettes are now aware of them because of the Blu ads that are all over the place.

I understand since you are a supplier you might have some resentment of the brand here at this forum.... I really don't understand what that's all about :confused: They're not a supporting supplier, or something like that? I honestly have no clue.

I placed an order for a Blu on May 30 and still haven't received it. I've just been able to deal with it because I really don't care all that much. I've been vaping my 510 and 901 and don't expect Blu to be better than either of those, in fact really only expect the Blu to fulfill my needs on the go. It's all about expectations, keeping them realistic.

Placed my order on 6-6 and status has been pending since. I phoned their CS yesterday and spoke to the gal for a few, she estimated that my order would probably ship some time next week. Later that night I decided to cancel my order and place an order for the 510, pcc and some cartridges.

The main reason I canceled my order is because I didn't want to have to go through this every time I placed an order with them for parts or cartridges. I realize they are a new company and they are learning as they go and this may not be an issue in the near future but with the 510 there are several suppliers available to place my order with. I also know a gal who has the blu kit, she placed an order for cartridges around 6-1 and her order is still pending. I realize I can make my own cartridges but I am brand new to this and for now I just want to deal with the prefilled ones.

Now I await my 510! :)

I ordered from e-smokeytreats as well and I have to say I'm very impressed with them so far. I sent an email yesterday afternoon with a few questions. I checked my email later that night and had the answers to my questions so I placed an order at 9:50pm. Today I got a confirmation that my order was shipped a little after 9:00 am this morning! Wish I had found this forum earlier and just dealt with e-smokeytreats.... I'd already be enjoying my ecig!

i first was introduced into e-cigs by finding BLU online so i ordered one....without research on other brands....well anyway i canceled my order and got the VX2 aka(l88B, J118) and couldn't be happier it is awesome and i got it in 2 days from when i placed my order. now i cant say BLU is bad as an e-cig but i can say their customer service blows. do some resherch and find one you think you'll like the best i know im happy with my choice. i went to litecigusa if you are wondering Shawn is a good guy he will help you out.

I cancelled my order with Blu and they let me know via email that it was cancelled by hundreds of emails, literally. it just kept comin' in. i had to go into the settings and filter the Blu emails to just delete. For all I know, they are still coming in.

I cancelled my Blu order. I didn't see anywhere in the Account info where you can cancel it, but I e-mailed customer service to let them know I wanted to cancel my order.

That was a few days ago and it still says "Pending"...I really don't want it now that I have my 510, but I've gotten no response from their customer service...

Did you call to cancel, or e-mail??

ive told all of you that blu cigs suck dont waste your time or money on there crap e cigs there product is a joke it took them over a month to send me a starter kit and already 1 battery died the charger case stopped charging and they sent me the wrong colored batteries also im still waiting on a carton of refills i ordered over 3 weeks ago blu cigs are a joke

im one of the people that really found out about e cigs from a blu ad a few weeks back. i was very intrigued and decided to try it out since it was so cheap. after a few days i decided to do some major research and i found out alot about the ecig community esp from this forum. after 2 weeks of waiting and still pending i decided to purchase a joye 510 i recieved it and love it! i canceled my order the other day just shy of 3 weeks pending! :p
