Did you throw out all of your analogs when you started vaping?

No and I smoked and vaped for the first year transitioning and slowing on analogs prior to moving full fledged into vaping only. I also manage and part own a bar/restaurant so while its no excuse it was a bit harder in this industry. I quit for as long as 3 years prior to vaping and always ended up back on cigs due to lack of a substitute/replacement. vaping has given me that. My first e-juice was Marlboro flavored juice which I stuck w/ for 3 months before venturing to other flavors.

50 year smoker, bought a cigalike out of curiosity and decided to finish my pouch of tobacco then switch, rolled my last stinky and taped it to my grandchildrens photo, its still there!

No stinkys since Feb 1st and loving this new - hobby? I suppose i could save a heap of money if i could stop buying shinies.

I couldn't have my cigs around when I stopped vaping or I would just smoke them under stress. That's just me. If you want to turn the smokes into vaping stuff, just sell them on craigslist or facebook or to a friend, take them to the store where you bought your cigs and see if they will give you a refund. Never hurts to ask....maybe they will take in trade and just get other stuff you need there.

You could use them for a DIY natural tobacco extract as well.

Had 3 or 4 cigs left when I purchased my e-cig.

Lit one up when I really had the urge until they
were all gone. Wasn't going to waste'em.

Ha Ha just notice this. To anyone else other than a Torontian it wouldn't make sense. Pizza Pizza anyone? Miss Toronto.

(967 11 11) is what I'm talking about. Delivery number for Pizza Pizza which I think started in toronto....

I actually had finished the last of my pack a week or so before I picked up vaping, and stumbled on it accidentally while trying to find where to get a rather elusive (where I used to live anyways) clove cig. From there I had no desire to pick up analogs again.

For those of you with RYO tobacco/cigars laying around, look into NET (naturally extracted tobacco) in DIY flavorings, it's a great way to put generally good tobacco to use without the health side effects, and can give you a vape that tastes pretty close to whatever you were smoking. Truthfully I still browse cigar shops just to find a real good tobacco for a NET, one cigar will give you a massive amount of juice/flavoring.

Smoked the last analog in my last pack on July 29th.....
Had no more....
Bought no more....
Happily vaping for nearly a month.....with absolutely NO REGRETS...or cravings for a stinkie!!;)
Mind you.....I completely understand why/how some find it difficult to "cut the cord" when moving off analogs...
Like others have said...it's NOT how many cigarettes you've smoked....
It's how many you're NOT!!

Im in a wierd....situation.

So ive been vaping for about a week and some change now, but i still have a carton of analogs laying around my house. The wierd thing is since im always near my vape i dont really ever feel the need to reach out and light up a real one.

Whats bothering me is the fact that they are there and I dont want them to go to waste...because they are worth $$$$. Im chinese and really hate wasting stuff that i paid money for. Dont know if its in my blood but i just hate to see them go to waste.

what should i do lol??

Give them away - of course. Do you have a friend or relative that still smokes? I remember how good it felt when I gave my last pack that I had been carrying in my purse for months "just in case" to a person who asked to bum a cigarette.

35 yr., 1.5 to 2 PAD ex-smoker, here.

I had a carton purchased the day b4 I started vaping.
I never smoked another one.
I gave them away to those who love to "borrow" a cigarette. LOL
I wholeheartedly agree, they taste horrible and smell even worse!

The only ones around here now are those left in the pack when my husband passed.
I keep them (2 yrs old now) to remind me why he's gone.....

As far as your carton of analogs, I would give them to someone else who still smokes. That way at least the money is not wasted. A carton for my in KY was only about $35, but I know they can get close to $100 in other cities!

I started vaping sort of by accident. had a long road trip driving my step-son from Kentucky to California for his first job out of college and didn't want to smoke in the car with him (he's a non smoker with allergies). Bought an eGo kit from a store just around the corner from me. I had 2 packs of smokes just in case! Those 2 packs lasted me about 5 days (I was a 1 PAD smoker) and haven't had one since. That was early June. The only reason I have any desire for an analog was for a throat hit until I figured out the coil/atomizer resistance and battery voltage thing. I found a new pack of cigs in my jacket pocket a couple of weeks ago and just threw them in a kitchen drawer!

Playing with fire. Get rid of them. Oddly, I am having an urge for a cigarette right now. This is the first time I've felt this way since I quit a couple months ago. It will pass, but I'm glad I don't have any around this place.

That's the only reason that I keep my first juice (tobacco flavored) on hand.
Every now and again, I like the taste of tobacco...

I had one full carton and another carton with 8 packs in it and about half a pack on my desk. I gave away the full carton to a neighbor that lives near me and is always looking to bum one. I finished the half a pack on my desk over about 3 days ( I was a 1.5 pk a day smoker) and I have only vaped since then. Awhile later I think maybe 2 weeks I gave those other 8 packs in the open carton to that same neighbor.
