Has anyone else noticed they are not nearly as hungry on ecigs? I am MUCH more thirsty, which I know is normal. I haven't seen anyone else talk about being hungry though. I swear, ecigs are great for keeping me awake (don't need coffee), keeping me calm (so relaxing), dieting (not as hungry), and keeping hydrated (nothing like an ecig to make you want water.) ;)

I'm starting to wonder if there is anything my ecig can't do...oh wait clean my house. Now THAT would be revolutionizing!

I have noticed the opposite effect. Better tasting food has led to me gaining a few more pounds than normal over the holidays. This is more a result of quitting smoking and subsequently growing my tastebuds back than directly attributable to vaping. No matter how much the vapor tastes like cheese cake or cookie it does little to sate the desire for the real thing. I will stick with digital cigarettes but I want analog food. :D

Oh so THAT'S what's happening. LOL. I'm drinking more water. I find the nummy sweet flavors of my vapes are causing me to pass up on tasty treats more. Maybe it's just me.

I am hoping the sweet flavors keep me in check too!
I just posted in another thread, I have noticed just in one day, that I am very thirsty. Luckily I drink alot of water to begin with, so it's nt hard for me to just keep on drinking.

I find I don't eat near the amount of sweets that I used to...or drink as much coffee either

Coffee makes me want to reach for a cigarette, not my PV. It's a long transition. Time will heal that wound. I'm one of those who has continued to smoke a few a day ... with coffee ... after a meal. 90% of my smoking habit is gone, though. Once I finally convert my wife to vaping, we can get the cigs out of the house.

I'm also finding that I don't need cigarettes anywhere near what I used to. I'll light one, take a puff, and put it out. That's a good thing. I'm finally losing the desire to smoke. I think that's important. I quit once for two years on a dare with a friend and every time I smelled tobacco burning, I wanted one. Wanting to quit is the way to finalizing the desire and the habit.

Dual coil cartos have brought me to that point. Atomizers never really satisfied my desire for nic.

I drank a lot of water before too, now I drink even more. I slosh through the house and pee like a puppy.

Every once in awhile I get an unexpected desire for a cig. Other people smoking cigarettes doesn't do it, far from it. But the other day I walked past someone smoking a cigar and it smelled strangely good.
