Have you tested the resistance on those because I had some TW AFS atties that were not up to par out of the box. I put a good 6v to them for a bit to break them in and they started working well at 3.7 after that. The resistance on the TW atty should be around 3.8 or so depending on your volt meter. But if you are saying they are DOA then I feel for ya!!! The AFS really is something you will really enjoy once you get a few backups. I have been using the same three AFS atties for about a month now. I am actually kinda surprised to tell ya the truth. The first TW AFS attie I had lasted me two days.... hahahhah....
