I got one of those DCT Map tanks recently and I decided to try out an dual coil cart in the AFS I had laying around and it works like a charm. Just have to remove the mouth piece of the AFS and have the cart sticking out the top with a tip on it. The innards of the car also help on any leaking issues that would have arose. The AFS tip grommet still has to be used.
On a plus side when the juice runs out from the AFS tank it still has juice to keep you going in the cart.
I am using a punctured cart BTW also.

If your not going to use the DCT Tank itself there's a guy in the classifieds that wants one really bad... I mean heck you have a AFS you dont need a MAP Tank... thats like parking a Pinto next to a Ferrari...

Are the MAP tanks getting hard to come by or something? I still use the tank on other mods though. I just picked that up like a week ago.

I bought my DCT MAP from COV last week no problem but I guess he is now out of stock...

IF you have extra dual coils... take one apart and see if it is possible to cut it down so it can fit with the mouth piece!

I was thinking about that also. The cotton wicking is too close. Although the tip does allow for something higher than a standard atty considing I would not be using the 510 atty extender. I did not take that into consideration when measuring. I also ordered some regular size dual carts from COV for that purpose.
After looking at it real quick it looks like the wicking comes about 3mm too high. Since the wire comes right up to the top of the wicking some customization would come into play.

As long as you don't cut the wire, you can cut some of the wicking material inside the carto

I use standard length dc cartos I'n my avs I trim a little to allow the normal mouthpiece and no punching is required if you use 510 cartos

I got my regular size(or what COV calls regular) in the mail today. I had to take my pipe cutter to it to shorten it up some more. When I saw regular I was thinking the size of a regular atty. No biggy. I cut about 3mm off and will test it out.

What adapters, if any, are required to use the dct in the ss ggts? Thanks.

For my 510 tanks I use a 510 to 901 converter and a 901 to 510 converter bought from mad vapes. On my Alum GGTS there is a little space left so I had to use an o-ring to keep adjustable draw on my SS and Nickel GGTS the adapters are flush with the top cap so no o-ring is needed.

What about the kit redoing the AVSv2 as a 510 mod? Would that make any difference?
