The only thing I can think of is to try posting your order # here, or if you prefer, PM your order # and concern to nycsublimegirl and to leaford. Hopefully they might be able to intervene as starsong mentioned.

I wasn't suggesting a PM. I saw how far that got you. I was thinking more along the lines of the higher ups of the whole forum. The vendors must be approved to be here and if there is a problem they may have more direct contact info than the rest of us get.

Hmm, interesting, I hadn't thought of the fact that ECF has to approve vendors to have sub-forums. I wonder if the status of the sub-forum is shaky right now. We've already had 'outside' mods deleting posts (which was understandable, but something brought them here).

It's like a freaking soap opera.

Well crud. Was hoping to help but I'm at a loss now. It is hit or miss these days. One thing that is ticking me off is that NYC has been signing on but offers no help. I wonder if those that run ECF can intervene.

Aw, yes, I missed that you said "those that run ECF". And I like how your're thinking....

I'm feeling really bad for NYC at this point. I looked back at her recent posts & she appears to be just as frustrated as everyone else. I'm pretty sure she's just the marketing end. She told us that she is one of 3 partners, Leaford is the second, and I can't remember who the third is. What baffles me is that the 3 of them couldn't decide to buy Leaford a computer and write it off as a business expense?!?! Anyway, NYC did try to be helpful, but I could see how she wouldn't want to face us either. I just don't know how much she can really help. She tried to help with the affiliate codes, but obviously got nowhere. She tried to help with the "new" batteries, but got nowhere. She told us the partners agreed to change the starter kit prices, but that hasn't happened yet. They do need a moderator here, clearly, so I hope they find someone who can address issues instead of passing them on to someone else.

I did PM NYC on Monday with a site question and she did get back to me pretty quickly. But that was also the last day that she posted anything.

Order placed March 9...confirmation of order rec'd. Patiently waiting for a shipping e-mail. Not in spam folder. This is ridiculous.

There was a four day gap in between my last order confirmation and my shipping confirmation. Don't sweat it just yet. I'm thinking that they are having to get inventory out the boxes from China and get them into a long list of backlogged orders and then get them into the mail. With just a few people and lots of distractions. I stand by my previous posts. We have to give them a period of time to work out their growing pains snafus.

Heheh… My order should be out for delivery tomorrow as according to the tracking information it is in town (I did receive shipping conformation). But I have yet to see my order conformation. I really don’t care as I really don’t track the amount I am spending on vaping as apposed to analogs (I have maybe broken even as I am still trying to find that sweet spot and hoping to do so with the Bloog.). If you don’t get any information in the 48 business hours (2 business days I assume) that they state on their website when ordering then I would call. Side note: 48 Business hours?!? The heck is 48 business hours is that a week and a day? I just found that funny sorry I digress.

Yeah, I have no doubt that orders will be filled even if no confirmation is received. I have only ordered 3 times: 1st time got both an order & shipping confirmation in a normal timeframe. The next two I only got shipping confs. So it's goofy but I do get my stuff.

Leaf is not a partner. And dont you find it funny that the ones popping in in threads, are never the ones you need to talk to? Leaf goes and writes in cs, oh thats not my area and NYC goes to batts and say oh thats not my area... Isnt it funny too that NYC never has anything to say or do? Its allways oh ive been trying to get them to........ or I told them off, thats not ok.. Who are they? What is your job at bloog if you cant answer anything? And dont have an area, other than write stickys and pun jokes...
And this pc business.. come on now, seriously? Do you have phones? Could nyc have called leaf and told him what the q's are so he could answer and she could write it here?? erhm yes I would say that could be possible since its 2011.. But ok not if you dont know the answer....Then correct action would maybe be, to say you dont know, but will find out.. And then come back with the answer... Kinda have to answer custormers q's or your going out of business..
Ive said it before and do it again. If you wanna fly high, you better keep flappin those wings or its a loong way down.

On another note: My batts have gone down to about 20 mins of use, and it takes 2-3 tries to get them to charge. No theres no juice in them and no im not a pcc idiot. And yes have 4 other batts in rotation with them, so they havent been charged 100 times a day... 166 bucks.....2 20 min batts and a pcc that wont take my other batts.. Dont feel sorry for anyone at bloog.. just annoied and baffled..

anyone feel i dont have the right to state this here, you just come say so!

From what I can gather from Toni's posts, Bloog's owners/partners are:

Antoinette (forum name nycsublimegirl) -- goes by Toni
Mike
Warren

I hope Toni’s posts below are helpful:

From 1/29/11:
…….my partners … handle all the CS and shipping.... I work more with marketing and branding....

From 2/21/11:
We are not open Sat and Sunday...please feel free to call mike tomorrow morning at 9am
Phone: (732) 888-2999 x711
Mobile: (732) 492-1122
From 2/28/11:
...please see this thread for a little bloog background:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/bloog-electronic-cigarette/151951-nycsublimegirl.html

leaford was an ecig user turned reviewer...... we were lucky enough to get him to work with us!

My other partners are Mike and Warren, Mike is the one in the offices day to day, and warren is always traveling to china and trade shows etc...

Note: ...... is no longer handling cs for bloog...we just hired someone new who started last monday his name is chris...and once he is up to speed will probably be posting here as well....

Update.

Despite never returning a phone call or email, I received my Bloog Order (sort of).

What I ordered.

2 batteries, PCC, 10 cartos

What I got

2 batteries - However only one of them works. The other one will not hold a charge at all.

PCC - Ummm really? On arrival the cover was not attached to it. Through the use of my Bob Villa/Macgyver like skills, I got it attached, but the cover slides off every time you open it.

10 cartos - Ordered RY4 and Cherry. Received both boxes, however inside the Cherry box was Cherry and inside the RY4 box was NOTHING. A freaking empty box.

I suppose once again this is just me overreacting and that I should be patient and CS will be getting back to me in a timely manner.

Im at a loss. But I have officially given up. There is no need to deal with this company based on the level of service I have received and the product being in this kind of shape upon arrival. Im going to chalk this one up to "you live and learn" and trust my gut next time.

I guess I understand the emotional bond that one gets to a company that provides them success in ridding their lives of analogs, but to me the signs are out there.

NYC - Apparent partner that is no where to be found (I loved her posts)

Leaford - The unluckiest human being in the world when it comes to computers. He finally gets it fixed and then it must have crashed again after a day.

Chris - Apparently taking a really long time to get up to speed with CS since about 2 weeks ago he was getting up to speed.

All of which lead to a couple of questions that are more rhetorical than anything. Do none of these people have phones? Can they not communicate to each other? I mean nobody can seem to answer a question. Leaford always says "that is cs" and others say "that is leaford" yet nobody seems to get to the bottom line of lack of communication, products, and even faulty issues.

At this point I have moved on and found a company that was willing to bend over backwards and basically replace the mistake that Bloog has made despite it not being their problem. To the over 40 that have sent messages? I thank you for that. It is encouraging to know that others are dealing with the same thing, yet at this point just do not want to put it out there due to name calling, and having to walk on egg shells rather than get help.

Good luck to those that continue the uphill battle. I truly hope it works out for you in the end. We are all in this fight against analogs together.

Michelle, how old are your batts? I only have one and wonder how long it will last. I've heard other batteries only last from 3-6 months. That kind of surprised me as I originally thought they would last until I broke it or something. Didn't realize the actual battery inside is only good for so many charges. Guess I need to get another soon since it is nearing 2 months.

I can't blame you for giving up. I dropped a major ball, which seems to have revealed serious weaknesses in our communication and CS system, and to top all that off you had two defective items and one empty box. ARGL. I am very, very sorry for all of it.Give me your order number, I will personally pass that on to Chris and make sure replacements are sent out to you right away. And I can assure you that now that I see the fallout I will do anything it takes to make sure I do not "dissappear" again. And BTW, yes, I AM the unluckiest man alive with computers. :grr:
