A good sounding recipe is Purple Haze, Dragonfruit and Grape. Don't know if I'm allowed to link it though, and it's not too complicated.

And by the sounds of it your a restricted DTL style, I'm leaning towards your tank doesn't suit your style.

You could try one of those Vaporesso Drizzle tanks. I would say get it from fasttech, but it's Chinese New Year and everything is grinding to a halt due to it. So you could find a UK supplier with the Drizzle kit, pinch the tank off it and throw the mod in a draw for emergencies. Install the 1.3 ohm Ceramic coil and start working your way up from 9 to 13 Watts.

Set up is
Eleaf pico, melo 4 tank, 0.15 ohm multinet/multihole coil,
Now we are getting somewhere.

When I look at the Eleaf home website, I see that the Melo 4 suggests only the EC2.0 0.3ohm coil head, or the EC2.0 0.5ohm coil head. It does not mention compatibility with any of the other EC heads... including the mesh ones.

I would recommend using only the recommended coils; even if they "seem" to fit.

@bombastinator I don't understand, the 72mg is the strength of the nicotine I only put 1.39ml into a 10ml mix, am o doing that wrong as the calculator told me to use that much, the recipe is in a post further up
Ah. Then it’s not 72mg/ml any more. 1.39ml of 72 mg/ml = 100.08mg of nic added to 10ml=11.39ml of juice with 100.08mg of nic in it or around ~9mg/ml.

@Mordacai thanks for the advice, I don't know what a restricted direct to lung style is, my friend had a pico i liked it over my pen e cig and brought one, because I preferred how it vaped,
From all the advice I'm feeling like I've gone completely wrong somewhere
Pico is the mod (the bit with the batteries in it on the bottom) the atty (the top bit you put the juice in) is what makes it MTL or DL. The pico comes with several different attys in various kits and will take most attys you screw onto it so “pico” means little in this case.
You! Just PM me, and I'll let you know which ones I have. Maybe you can then check out OSDIY's descriptions and let me know some that sound interesting to you.
Nah. Thanks though :). They’d be wasted on me. There are people who care deeply about the fine nuances of vape flavors. Me, as long as I don’t find it too yucky I’ll vape it. I was out of juice away from home a few days ago and I bought a bottle of juice that said red tobacco which I assumed was a Marlboro analog and it turned out to taste like liquorice. I’m vaping it anyway.

Flavour I'm using is from a website that a few people recommended called design your vape.

Flavours I have used 15% - 20% bottle recommendation
Apple was ok 15%
Biscuit was strong 15%
Watermelon weak 15%
Mango weak 15%
Tropical slush weak 20%

I know nothing about that company, nor the flavorings they sell. However, using 15-20% of any 1 flavoring in an eliquid sounds very high, to me. I use 10 different brands of flavorings (ie. The Flavor Apprentice, Capella, Flavor Art, Wonder Flavours, etc.), and have never used that much of any 1 flavoring they make. Even in DIY recipes made with 6-7 different flavorings, the total % of those flavorings is less than the 15-20% you're using for just a single flavored eliquid. Also, I've found very few eliquids that are enjoyable and good, to me, when they're made with just 1 flavoring.

Since that site is called "design your vape", maybe they have a recipe section on it somewhere...showing recipes that customers have made using their flavorings. Might be worth checking to see if they do. Otherwise, I'd try making some very small test batches (<10mL)...using much lower % of flavoring and blending some of them together.

DIYHodgeJuice, don't know if this will work but cheapest option I've found.

Vaporesso Drizzle Vape Kit

Pinch the tank off it and put it on the pico, sometimes you've got to keep trying things until you get something that works for you.

My first sub ohm mod I Bought was a SMOK Procolour, bunt burnt through coils as fast as you could install them. Had to get another mod (Vaporesso Switcher) which worked and still works. But I ended up approx £70 more enlightened, and swore never to buy anything from SMOK again.

@Mordacai appreciate it, feel like I'm way over my head, think I might change the coils to 0.5 ohms and reduce my nicotine from 10mg to 6, would that work?
Sure it will work. Whether you will like it better is anyone’s guess. 10mg/ml is fairly strong for a DL atty. 6mg/ml is much more common. The melo4 is a DL atty btw so you’re vaping DL now. The old device was almost certainly MTL.
