I did notice that on the VZ site, the RY4 is rated very low there so it looks like it is one of those flavors that some will love and some will hate.

That review is pretty spot on. I read it and thought add more flavor idiot. Well, adding flavor doesn't seem to be doing much(in case of the 555, have yet to mess with the ry4).

I get what you are saying, kind of. all those numbers and all that dropping, my brain almost shut down =P But, I think you have vaped the te ry4?.. regardless for lack of a better way of putting it. If you vaped this ry4 and 555, I think you may find that they seem to be lacking in flavor compared to the other tobaccos. I really keep coming up empty with them. And adding more seems to have little effect.

Well 2 out of 20 is not bad for most. I think there were bound to be a few bad ones in the bunch. I am glad that I am not a tobacco vaper. So far, I have liked all of the fruits that I have tried.

So, I'm near 30% 555 and flavor is now upping. no way I'm vaping any more of it though, lol

Good grief! Why in the world did you mix so high? To see what Kumari might have tasted? I do know for a fact that when I use other flavors too high %, they do taste horrible and chemical like.

I wish that I could find the post about taste buds. The long and short of it was that no two people will taste the same exact thing with anything that they eat, drink or vape.

I agree, I am very happy when I take all of my flavors into account. If, like sorry drawing a name blank, I had only 555 ry4 & MLB (assuming MLB is the same as the ry4 and 555), I would not be happy with these flavors either.

Again, I have yet to play with the ry4 to confirm it is the same as the 555.

I wasn't getting chemical, just what I would expect from 555 at 2.5%, not 30%. =) I mixed so high, to seen when there would be a clear change in flavor. When I add 2 drops of cigar to a 5ml base, I know it, with the 555 10 drops, very very slittle change.

I'm not vaping any more of it because I don't want to vape 30% flavoring =)

I sure do hate that Kumari only got to try the weakest of the bunch. That is normally how my luck goes.

Well, I sure would hate to run into you 10 years from now and find that you have two extra arms :p

I said I ran down and here I go with a quick thought or two. RY4, yes, one that is giving me a headache. Not really. I have not had a vendor RY4 yet that I think is the cat's meow. DK-RY4 probably as good as any for me. Remember the Blackberry or fruits, desserts, etc and them not tasting like the real thing one ingests. I may have a preconceived notion with the honey, caramel, tobacco-but I don't think so. I don't care about tasting honey, caramel, tobacco, nutty, etc, just a good flavor and I haven't got there yet. The Black Mile is the same although I am getting closer with it. Now with these larger batches I do vape a couple of times each trial then add flavor % if needed, let meld, etc as I figure in the larger sizes adding a minimal flavor % should not be that much off for final recipe to do a new batch. The 555 is the last one I mixed and letting it meld while I try to get 2-3 others to suit me. Maybe I am to OCD!!!

LM-did you try the grape cigar? I see you mentioned it earlier? :) Yes unfortunately some of us will have love/hate relationships with our flavors. It was like that for me and vendors juice. When I first started vaping I had to order double and a few triple flavors in order to taste them. Now I am a lightweight but do love my flavors.

I just looked at my flavoring boxes and I am shaking my head. This is an obsession.

Well, please don't look at mine then ;)

When most of us start vaping, our tastebuds are out of order anyway from all of the years of smoking cigs.
