I looked up Lychee last night and the most common flavor description seems to be a taste of a cross between a grape and a pear.

After letting my pear / sweet cream concoction steep for a week it has mellowed into a decent vape. I used too much pear, but I can adjust that next time.

Fran, if you are interested, Moorea has some or her pyrex tanks at very good prices in the scratch and dent area on her site Phiniac dot com. I really love mine.

They don't crack Bov? I want to get that ecto-cooler.

AFAIK, it's plastic you have to watch out for, and these are pyrex glass. From the product description:
Won’t crack when using banana, cinnamon and other flavors known to crack plastic tanks.

ETA, no I wasn't just there looking :p

FWIW, I've also seen glass tanks at highdesertecigs, though I like the end caps on these ones much better. Also electronicstix appears to be down unless I took a wrong turn somewhere.

Ecto cooler from FW is really really good. strong citurs with a little hint of peel in the aftertaste. I mix it with some TPA bav cream but it is good on its own! Just divine with a drop of menthol.

that said it did start to melt some rubber stoppers I had in a polycarb tank with rubber ends (I would bet would do the same with delrin). I switched to Polypropylene tank with silicone washers and nothing is melting or cracking. Best is to use Pyrex, but right now its out of my budget.

Personally, I try to steer clear of polycarbonate.

I'm wondering if it would pay to get one of the glass tanks for those juices that crack plastic. Don't know thou,I'd break it no doubt.

I got in on M4s ST polypropylene tank coop. The polypropylene will not crack like polycarbonate will. I have had them for at least 6 months with no issues vaping any flavor. The glass tanks are too pricey IMO Although I did find one for around $12.

That borosilicate glass is really tough. I think you'd have a hard time breaking such a short piece of the tubing. I work with it every day, and made myself a tank once. I went back to my old plastic one though. The glass made my PV seem heavy. I know it's probably a trivial amount of extra weight, and I must sound pretty lazy or feeble to be bothered by it... but, it bugged me.

Leo, cut a piece of syringe for a tank. They are the same plastic that mine are made from and will not crack :)

They sound fine. Not sure about the Al ends, but at least its not delrin.

Polypropylene is listed as chemically resistant. I make my own tanks. I peeked at it and if you have the slightly cloudy type tank it should work fine. I use Polypropylene with silicone grommets as ends.

I went with this setup `cause I wanted to try some TPA Banana and some from flavorart that are known to kill Polycarb tanks. Its a nusance to have tanks bust, but the thought of breathing possible BPA just makes me cringe. I know some say its a myth but why chance it when Polypropylene tubing is less than 2 bucks a foot??

I got the plans in the DIY tank area. If I had the means to cut Pyrex I would be making Pyrex tanks.

Thanks for the advice... if I ever need to, I'll try that. I pretty much just vape tobacco and a few sweet dessert flavors (chocolate, vanilla, caramel...). I've never had any cracking issues. I just made a glass tank for fun, since I already have the glass here.

I was curious, has anyone tried the FE cream? I forget exactly what it's called, but I remember seeing it listed and being curious how it would mix. Okay and another...it initially had a big yuk factor, but I was thinking cookies...oatmeal? Anyone get brave with that one? I had to laugh, a friend was over and sniffing some flavors. He got to the ginseng, sniffed it once, twice, three times... all the while with a wrinkled up nose. I was getting a kick out of it cuz if it smells bad, why do you need to smell it 3 times? He politely set it down, so I asked what he thought of it. Honestly? Smells like dirt and I don't know what the hell you would use it for! LOL!!! I told him a friend sent it to me, and he said, oh... are you sure it's a friend??? I lost it!
