DIY Flavoring Thread - Part 2

I just got an email. ECX has NF flavors now. I just got some more Hangsen Fruit and more today.

I am still waiting on my current samples of NF to magically present themselves as a good vape. I really had high hopes for this brand. Do you guys add sweetener to NF? Just curious? I added some EM/cotton candy flavoring. It didn't change my taste perception at all. The flavor was strong enough. I will let these steep for more weeks and come back to them....before giving up.

My NF mixes tasted the same on day #1 as they did 30 days later. I sent my Caramel Cream and Butterscotch3X to Bovinia today, as a gift .. she loves it and needs all she get ;-)

I take it you didn't like? Did you add any sweetener to your mixes? TIA

All I want to try is the malt and ECX did not get that one. All this time waiting for nothing. Guess I am gonna have to bite the shipping bullet and order from NF direct.

IF you call NF direct they will give you a cheaper usps rate. I know I have seen a friend post that she had ordered that way.
I wonder if they have all their flavors up?

I probably use mine different than you guys are. I've only used the NF flavors as mixers so far and 2-3 of my best recipes have very small perecntages of either NF Vanilla Cream or NF malt. Except for the butterscotch I havent tried any as a stand alone. With the malt i've only had to use around 2-3%.

Dies, I have no patience at all with steeping lol! The only way I can steep my all day vape is to mix a 2nd batch and let it steep while I vape the first one...once I got the rotation embedded in my old woman brain

I don't use any sweetener in any juice I make, at least not what is sold as sweetener. I used to use EM occasionally, but not any more. I mix the NF caramel cream at 20%, after I've evap'd the alcohol off. Sometimes I'll add a few drops per 15 ml of FA fresh cream. I was disappointed that ecx didn't get the NF Chai flavor, or the Coconut. I want to compare the NF coconut to the FA that I use a lot, and the Capella's that I like as a flavoring but not as a vape.

They only have 23 NF flavorings on their website .. maybe they'll add more later. Even though I dont like the Caramel Cream and the Butterscotch I was interested in the malt and would have ordered it .. but they dont have that one along with a bunch of others .. ugh.

I didnt add anything to them. At first I mix the Caramel Cream on it's own, same with the Butterscotch. Tried them as a stand alone. They were pretty good. Then I mixed them together and tried them that way too. The first day or 2 they were good, but by day #3 I hated them. I even tried them again after 30 days ... BUT hated them even more on day 30 ;-) So in the mail they went, to Bovinia. Different strokes for different folks LOL.

Ok the t55 you guys all raved about is a Hangsens? Though that was a SC flavor? So confused Oh yea NF Malt is a must have for sure. I took my butterscotch and nuked it for 15 secs and used my new mini mixer in it. Love this mixer btw. Im hoping it was enough to evaporate some of the alcohol since it was already mixed.

I ordered direct from NF and got shipping for $5 You have to call it in for now. I get the extracts because the coffee bean flavors all have a weird undertaste to me. They are supposed to be adding the USPS rate to their site.

If you call in your order, it is helpful if you have the NF product numbers from the site. Good luck.

Yes, that is what I tasted .. a weird undertaste. Mine was the organic coffee bean flavoring, not the extract.

Stash, I'll see if I detect anything weird in the ones you sent me. I've never noticed it in my caramel cream, but maybe my buds are just worn out.
