I just ordered for the first time this past week. It arrived in a box by FEDEX. I ordered the 2 gallon special. Pg/VG. No leaks.
I would file a complaint at ED.

It wasn't the end of the world for me, just a bummer...but I didn't want to repeat it if I ordered it again. The mailman wasn't happy with me. It's good to know that it hasn't happened with you, so it's not common.

I'd like to hear more about how this is resolved after you contact them. Sorry it happened---I can just imagine the mail man giving you strange looks. I buy my PG locally and VG through the various DIY vendors I have bought from. Its good to hear that this is likely not the norm with them.
Yes, it is good to hear it's not the norm. I was just hoping for the lazy way to purchase bigger bottles of PG and VG together, and ED had been recommended more than once. I might be able to find them locally, I'll have to check around. My email wasn't harsh, and I didn't ask for a refund. It does seem that gallon bottles ship better than the quart size though.
I buy my stuff through amazon. It's the same essential depot stuff, but stocked in an amazon warehouse and shipped by them.. I just recieved a quart of each and it has packaged very well..
I try to buy as much as I can through amazon because I have a prime account and I get free 2 day shipping on anything that it shipped by them. So I got 1 quart of each for $28 with 2 day shipping. If you do not have a prime account, anything shipped by them still gets free regular shipping if the order is over $25 so the $28 for 1 quart of each is still the cheapest I have found anywhere...
